I had a very disappointing experience with Kimstowe.
I ordered a dress that did not meet my expectations, so I requested a return within the appropriate timeframe. Unfortunately, my return request was rejected without a valid reason. Instead of offering a proper solution, the company only offered me a 40% discount to keep the item, which I do not want.
This is not acceptable customer service. Customers should have the right to return products that are not as expected, especially when requested on time.
I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Women’s Vintage Treeof Life Patchwork Linen Dress

Please beware! We have been properly ripped off by this company. The item delivered bore no resemblance to the item advertised. Further it was advertised as linen but in reality it was a nylon compound. Disgusting.
