1 month of constant harassment to even get my order shipped. They ignored me, delayed me and gave me every excuse.

The products are not as listed. A linen embroidered top ended up being 100% polyester and printed, the print smudged.

It’s horrible. Do not purchase.

Absolute scam. DO NOT order. It is NOTHING like to photos. Said it will be shipped in 4 to 6 days. Took 3 months! Had to pay 50% customs at the Post office! Shocking quality, I am grossed out by the dress and had to throw it away.

Order earphones, said 7-10 deliver time. Have been 1 month. No update on the tracking. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered and paid using LYKA Gems.
Transaction is too slow that it takes a day for them to reply. Order was confirmed by Feb 8.

Around Feb 11. They gave a tracking number and the courier's site along with the info that delivery may take 7-10 days in Provincial areas. Idk what was the purpose of it since I can't track my order because the last update on the package tracker site was the package is still with the merchant, but the merchant already sent an email that they have shipped it already.

I am texting via SMS on this store. Also messaging them on messenger, but they won't respond.

Until now I still havent got my order. It's already 15 days, with no update. It was already paid.

Whether it is the couriers fault, they should atleast give me a reply.
