Hi had a great experience with zahida mahmood so fare in the person injury claim hopefully get my claim sorted out soon

Bad communication

Reception fob you off wont put call thru in fact terminated call!

No one sems to care its our lives you are playing with!

UPDATE FEB 2026,SAME AGAIN NO ONE COMING BACK TO ME EMAILS OR PHONE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH CASE HANDLER ASKED FOR HER TO BE TAKEN OFF SHES STILL ON AND STILL NO JOY

I want to start by thanking Kenetic Law for the support provided through out my claim.
I also want to give special recognition to my solicitor Nayla Yusuf. The difference she made as soon as she took over was incredible.
Her commitment , professionalism and dedication truly went above and beyond.
I was due to go to court and I felt extremely frustrated about the whole situation, but she handled everything with such care and confidence that it completely put me at ease.
Nayla prepped me so well that I didn’t feel nervous at all. She explained every step clearly. She made sure I understood what was happening and always made me feel supported. Due to her hard work what felt overwhelming at first became manageable and I honestly can’t thank her enough.
I am genuinely grateful for everything she did for me . Her involvement made a huge difference, and I feel very fortunate to have her representing me .

Hamza has been very helpful, but the claim has been on going now for 2 years 3 months, and still nothing from the MOD.
Has anyone actually had a successful MOD claim as I’m starting to wonder? I’ve had many friends who have been paid out from other companies and they were well after me.

I haven’t read one positive MOD hearing loss review. Unfortunately, I sit in this same boat. The sad part is, people won’t read the reviews until after they have also had a poor experience. Shocking law firm

THE WAIT IS OVER !!! I would definitely recommend kinetic law !!! I recently had to use a law firm for an accident claim, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Since I had never been involved in an accident before, I was pretty nervous about the whole process. Thankfully, the team at the firm was incredible.
In my case The third party was definitely trying to pull a funny one, but Kinetic Law managed to completely turn the tables and get my claim settled really quickly. Throughout the whole process, they kept me updated regularly, so I was never left in the dark and always knew exactly what was happening. Shoaib was amazing and provided great support, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Both SHOAIB and the manager BILAL at Kinetic Law were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions patiently and guiding me through every step with professionalism and care. I’m honestly really impressed with how fast and efficient they were, especially considering how tricky things could have been with the third party. If you want a team that actually gets things done, keeps you informed, and really looks out for you, Kinetic law is the way to go !! I’d definitely recommend . They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and handled everything with real expertise.

Waiting now for about 2 years for my MOD HEARING claim. Been getting emails when I contact them but I.m thinking its all a scam, never get a email from the same person twice.
Think they may be collecting people's payouts and beavering it away.

I was given a case officer around 9 months ago, who has left and emails or phone calls are ignored.
I would not recommend this law firm.
I will be asking what I owe and taking my business elsewhere

My MOD hearing loss claim started at the beiginning of 2025 and dispite several emails, two letters and numorous phkne calls, I have been unable to contact them or get an update.
The telephone service is useless and so is the 'request call back' message on this website. The whole experience reeks of a scam. I can't help feeling the case has been completed and the funds directed elsewhere. Maybe I'm just naturally suspicious???
Other agents have called me, offering to take my case. Unless I get an update from Kinetic Law, I'll be taking my claim to a more reliable company after Christmas.

Mod earing loss claim seams to of shut down ,Getting no response from them now,after 4 phone calls and left voice messages/ emails , last time i heard from them was in May ,Nearly 2 years now ,I gave friends info of earing loss claims and they went with other companies ,4 months after me ,Been paid out case closed for them ,Me and my mate ,nearly 2 years now and nothing .

Worst Solicitors ever, would give a 0 if possible.
Kamran and John are liars. Gave them my case In 2023, did absolutely nothing . Took no action, never contacted me upfront, i was the one calling him. He did not come to visit. In 12 months he had me see a Dr once. Provided not care after my accident. A year and a half later I switched Solicitors and as he found out THIS MAN (kamran). SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE UNINVITED asking for forgiveness and said he didn't do anything for me and to keep him as a solicitor. Now he has the Audacity to ask for 10k in money from my new lawyers for his work which was nothing. He is stressing out my lawyers and I, pressuring them for money when he did nothing to facilitate my case. SELFISH LYING MONEY HUNGRY.
