Worst Solicitors ever, would give a 0 if possible.
Kamran and John are liars. Gave them my case In 2023, did absolutely nothing . Took no action, never contacted me upfront, i was the one calling him. He did not come to visit. In 12 months he had me see a Dr once. Provided not care after my accident. A year and a half later I switched Solicitors and as he found out THIS MAN (kamran). SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE UNINVITED asking for forgiveness and said he didn't do anything for me and to keep him as a solicitor. Now he has the Audacity to ask for 10k in money from my new lawyers for his work which was nothing. He is stressing out my lawyers and I, pressuring them for money when he did nothing to facilitate my case. SELFISH LYING MONEY HUNGRY.

This hearing claim has been ongoing about 3 years. Makes the Alarm bells explode when in some of there feed back they say the MOD have 21 days to respond. But I can't even remember how long ago they said my claim has been sent to the MOD. All I get is waiting for the MOD to respond. Longest 21 days ever. I have another company doing other claims so trying to get them to take over this shower..

It is a little disconcerting that there are so many low scores about MOD hearing loss claims.
I'm at almost 2 years since submitting my claim, and haven't had any feedback or communication from Kinetic in almost 5 months.
Doubt is rising as to whether claims are actually paid out to Kinetic Law, just that the funds are not passed on to the claimants?????

This is a well known firm for making false claims for clients who want to make malicious claims on no win no fee basis. They willingly fabricate claims and provide misinformation to put pressure on defendants in the hope that they will pay up. Great firm for fraudsters but not so good for genuine claims.

about a hearing claim from the NCB they were upfront about the costs and always kept you in the loop of the progress of the claim. keeps you informed about all your appointments, would recommend to others pursuing a claim, good company to deal with.

I am waiting for a hearing claim from the MOD, firstly I get conflicting information over my Sars request, secondly they ask for me to send for my own sars request which 8 months later gets knocked back by the mod?!!!... I then rang the office of kinetic law who kept cutting me off when i was talking! rude is not the word!... i then stated their telephone line cuts out consistently to which I was told she will send me an email whilst talking over me!!!!... absolute shower of a company.... no clue of what to do? I do believe I will get ripped off when my claim eventually appears in 3 to whatever years?!!!!!!... total disrespect for former soldiers and their issues. do not use... you have been warned.

Bit slow in case processing but satisfied with their support offered and worthwhile professional skills.

Really pleased with the outcome, kept me up to date with everything going on. Definitely recommend them to represent anyone in the future.

I made a claim about 18 months ago had all the tests done quickly and efficiently, finally they gave an offer just be patient lads it’s the MOD not kinetic law that’s taking there time

I don’t feel kinetic law has been given a fair chance as I’ve just had my hear loss case settled recently and I understand the MOD has being delaying on most cases but this is not kinetic law’s fault. I can hand on heart say my experience has been very professional and they have always been punctual. I’d like to say Zain Iqbal was excellent at explaining where my case was during the whole process. I will certainly use this company again if I need to.

Kinetic Law Hearing claim MOD.

Stay clear of this company.

2 years down the line from 2023, and it feels like I’m only starting the claim in 2025.

Anyone else have negative feedback from using Kinetic Law to process your hearing claim?

Good afternoon,

We refer to the above matter and by way of an update.

We have now submitted your claim to the representatives of the Ministry of Defence. They have 21 days to acknowledge receipt of your claim and then a further 90 days to investigate and provide their position.

In the meantime, we are taking steps to finalise your medical evidence in support of your claim and we will contact you further to discuss this shortly.

Update may 2025:
November 2024 went for a hearing test.
In Feb of 2025 I had to resubmit my evidence and prove again who I was.
They claim the MOD have not responded from 2023.
I have stated that I am going to consult with the British Legion with regards if I should continue with Kinetic Law or cancel and restart with another Provider.
Kinetic Law have stated on the 30th May 2025 that if I plan to cancel they will do no further work on the claim as they will incur costs and that I will need to pay them for the last two years for the work they claim to have conducted.
