Emma was great! Professional and friendly!

Vishal was very thorough in his initial consultation and gave a clear timescale for recovery. Appointment booking and payment was easy online and there were evening and Saturday slots available to fit around work. First treatment session included video instructions for rehab exercises, which is really useful. Vishal is very knowledgeable and friendly; he gave good advice and answered any questions I had. I was pleased that the advice was to get me back to full fitness rather than advising resting my ankle injury!

First time booking with Emma at Kinetic. Very friendly, great sports massage and felt instant relief to some of my tighter areas that she worked on.
Also great that i was able to have treatment on a Saturday!

I found out about Kinetic through being a member at Towers Gym in Bedford. The online booking system was easy to use and I liked the fact I could pre pay for my appointment. Maddie looked after me on the day. Maddie very professional and friendly. I will be sure to book back again in the future.

Sunil is extremely thorough in his assessment of the injury. He continues to ask question after question and will have you moving in different positions before diagnosing the problem by showing you which area is exactly affected. He is by far THE BEST physio I have ever seen! Thank you Sunil!

I had a sports massage the morning after running the London Marathon and have felt no post-marathon discomfort or DOMS which I’m sure is partly thanks to a great rub down. I’ll make regular trips now to ensure I keep on top of my recovery after events.

I had very bad sciatica pain that was constant, after taking multiple pain killers and other medications and having appointments at kinetic I am in little to no pain, I feel like myself again. Would recommend to anybody that is in any pain

I had an appointment with chloe, my neck was in so much pain I couldn't even turn it .I had a 45 minute consultation with chloe ,once she stared treatment on my neck I felt much better thank you so much Chloe and thank you Sunil for making a same day appointment for me .I would recommend kinetic physio as they are brilliant
