A good deep tissue massage with a friendly therapist. I’m used to more experienced therapists with years of knowledge in injuries that have given me more specific treatment. I would definitely recommend for a good maintenance massage, but would look elsewhere for injury treatment.

Absolutely excellent service. Sunil was thorough in his questioning and explanation of what was happening to my back. After my first treatment I felt a difference. Also video of exercises I have to do sent to my phone is a great idea, I know exactly what I should be doing.

Working with Sunil from Kinetic has been a great experience.

Sessions are to the point and get straight to dealing with the matter at hand. No sales pitches or pushing for more sessions than are needed to deal with your injury/issue.

In my case, a longstanding issue was resolved in just a few weeks of sessions. As the title says, I would highly recommend this service to anyone struggling with any injuries or pain, or discomfort.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, but also very personable and will explain everything to you in very practical and understandable terms. Unlike some providers they never try to sell you more treatments than you need, and will equip you with the rehab exercises needed for long term recovery. Would thoroughly recommend!

Sunny was great in a nutshell. My son had some niggly ankle and shoulder issues from Rugby, which were not causing a major issue, but I thought it best just to check. Sunny was honest in his approach as he gave my son some tips, stretches and exercises that should prevent and keep those niggles at bay. No further treatments / appointments were required, but had they been required I wouldn’t have hesitated to book them in. I will definitely return to Sunny if we need to in the future, but hopefully not if you know what I mean.

Sunny is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and cares about his patients. Sunny instantly identified my knee issue and put together a treatment plan which has nearly eliminated the problem in just a matter of weeks. He has contacted me on weekends to check how I am progressing in between appointments which is fantastic and even during the appointments, will go out of his way to explain things, go beyond the allotted time if needed and answer any questions. I would recommend for anyone with a minor tweak to go and see Sunny, a fantastic physiotherapist and a great guy too!
