I purchased a shoulder strap, then by default became subscribed without my knowledge to an ongoing ‘course’.
I complained, and they refunded the ‘course’ amount. But i was advised by the fraud department of my bank to then immediately cancel my Visa card.

The shoulder brace was exellent and I felt immediate improvement, great with heat pad. There was a hiccup with billing, but Kinetix acted quickly to correct it! They do need to remove the subscription from the sale bundle on the product. The customer service was outstanding. I recommend this company if you need this product.

Hidden subscription and when I tried to cancel there is NO WAY you can do this on their site. Contacted my bank and blocked further transactions and then the company contacted me to arrange a refund.

The product is just about ok, but nothing to write home about so they don’t even gave that going for them

Full details of purchase. Excellent follow up. Compression Shoulder strap comfortable and provides support as described. Takes the pressure off the injury during movement. Pleased with my choice of product.

This company sells a product, but then start billing you $39 per month as if you took a subscription. There is no indication of a subscription service or a subscription agreement in the order details.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Ineffective and does nothing for my shoulder but the most worrying part is that I purchased the item on the 10th February at a cost of €38.95 . On the 15th February Kinetixgear took a further €32.76 @ 05.76 am from my account. On the 17th March at 04.23am tried to withdraw a further €32.76 from my account, my bank declined payment deeming it to be a scam . Stay well clear of this company… scam artists …

Bestilte 2 stk. skulderbandager, men pasformen var virkelig dårlig. Den dækkede slet ikke skulderen. Ville gerne returnere dem, men fik at vide at de skulle returneres til en adresse i Canada, hvilket ville medføre betydelige fragtomkostninger her fra Danmark. Så jeg giver op og smider dem ud .... :(

This place is the worst ever. After getting the brace they started charging us a monthly fee of 39.00 said it was for insurance. They won’t respond to emails. Now we are having to deal with our bank. I’m also contacting the BBB.

Purchased one , they then took an extra £37 from my PayPal . No response from their sales office despite 2 emails , luckily my bank refunded the money after I reported the Fraud DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE .

I ordered their shoulder " brace". The product quality and fit is horrible. The fabric is scratchy and it didn't provide any real support like advertised. My order was advertised as having a promotional product guide included for "free". However, two days later they charged my card for the "free" promotion. I emailed their customer service department and told them I was returning my order. I provided them the tracking information for proof. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received a refund despite countless emails telling me my request was sent to the refund department. At this point I have no recourse as this is a Canadian company and I don't live in that country. I would say this is borderline fraud but I have no idea how Canada handles these things. I'm just going to have to chalk this up as an expensive lessen learned and hopefully warning other people NOT to use Kinetix Gear!!!

Avoid these grifters!

I ordered one shoulder brace. They charged me double and then took monthly payments off my card for a subscription I never signed up to. I couldn't find any details in small print about any recurring fees.

THIS IS A SCAM

Same as all other reviews: useless product, and then afterwards they take 33 euro each month from your card for no reason. I have reported them for fraud with the credit card company.

This has to be the biggest scam of all company scams and the owners should be charged with fraud.
I placed an order with expedited delivery. Not only was it not sent expedited but also they claimed I had signed up a subscription which I did not. I have tried multiple times to get reimbursed and to cancel the order that was not sent but no luck. I will be now lay a charge of theft against this company as clearly that is what they are trying to do.

I ordered more than 3 weeks now and just same messages from the customer service but I doubt it’s an AI generated! And they want me to give them GOOD Review! I don’t have a the item and seeking a good review OMG! Do not buy to this company it’s a bogus.

This company is extremely supportive and will do everything to help you in case you have any questions.

Det her er en scam forretning. Efter jeg har handlet hos dem blev de ved at hæve 300 kr. om måneden i cirka fire måneder. Var nødt til at kontakte banken for at få det stoppet. Hold jer væk

Got the item in January...I immediately knew it was useless and asked for return instructions. I was assured that I would be refunded and sent the item back to the address that Jessica gave me (Canada.) I was even told that I had been refunded on a couple of emails. 2/27, the item was returned to be by USPS. So, now I'm not only $40 for the junk shoulder harness but $19.40 in mailing fee. I threw it in the garbage which is what is it. SCAMMERS.

I ordered a item from this company paid 20 pounds to return it and still no refund 2 months now i have tracked it and they have received the item DON'T BUY FROM THEM
