Bought a painting from them, dreadful issues with Parcelforce which King and McGaw sorted out for me over a 4 day period. They went way above and beyond to resolve Parcelforce's failures and were extremely helpful throughout. When the painting finally arrived it was excellent and i'm very pleased with it. I'll be buying from them again for sure.

I am 82 years old and live in a fairly large Edwardian terraced house. I realised recently that all the art work in the house had been chosen by someone else and didn't necessarily reflect my taste.
This year I discovered King and Mcgaw and so far I have bought 9 prints. Our rather dark house has been illuminated by some Impressionist paintings, our hall given dignity with Atkinson Grimshaw, and my husband and I are delighted with our house that looks so different. King and Mcgaw have been so reliable. The purchasing process has been so easy. So thank you.

Beautiful print received. Quality of paper and frame superb. Very reasonably priced (looks like a distinguished artwork). Very efficient delivery using reputable courier (i.e. not Hermes!).

Recently purchased this framed print ,superb quality ,absolutely immaculate more than pleased with my purchase real value for money!.

Long delivery was only advised on payment. I ordered 17th April only to see dispatch date of 2nd June!!! 46 days and 6 weeks and 4 days + shipping so possibly 8 weeks !!!!

I have complained to customer services so let’s see if it can be corrected

I have a few pieces from King and McGaw and they are all very high quality - beautiful prints and excellent frames.
I recently bought a print of Tiger Lilies by Mabel Royds as a gift. I bought the print with an oak frame but the recipient wanted a white frame. I contacted King and McGaw to ask them about exchanging the frame and I fully expected them to ask me to pay for the return postage and for the frame exchange (they had, of course, delivered exactly what I ordered). However, the customer service from King and McGaw was an absolute delight. They quickly arranged the collection of the art, changed the frame and arranged redelivery - all free of charge. They also kept me updated throughout the process. Really impressive customer service!

I received my two framed prints today, nicely finished and very well packed.

I bought two beautiful pictures recently, both were framed immaculately and both make individual statements in my home. Great service, speedy shipping, great attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back.

Found this company via featuring in "Style at Home" magazine. Ordered a framed poster after perusing website. 100% satisfied from start to finish. Arrived promptly, beautifully packaged. Will certainly be ordering more, once I have moved to new house.

really are class prints in quality frames.

Bought a large Warhol print which they stated had a border. It arrived with no border at all. Evidently, they have very little understanding of prints and framing. Will get my money back from them.

I ordered a framed print of Seafield from bluebellgray and it’s stunning! The first product arrived damaged from the courier but it was rectified right away. I’ve received outstanding customer service from Marie all throughout.
