Excellent service, and I am very happy to have worked with Mike. He was thorough, detailed, truthful, and accommodating of my specific requirements. I had an excellent experience with Kingdom Building Surveying Services - Mike was highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a better understanding of an issue around our 3-storey roof and chimney. The drone images provided are outstanding - extremely clear and precisely what I needed to get a view of an area that would otherwise be difficult and costly to inspect.

In all honesty, we chose Mike because we were under a lot of time pressure and he was the first available surveyor we could find. We were even a little bit skeptical about him being available so quickly to do our survey.

But he was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. This was the third house survey we had done over time and it was by far the most thorough (including drone images and estimates for repair work). Amazing experience with Mike. He answered all of my questions both before and after the survey. Unfortunately our house purchase fell through but the survey was invaluable. It made sure we fully understood what we were buying, helped us avoid overpaying and gave us strong ground for negotiation.
