Kingdom Removals レビュー

The only way to move house is with this team! From a swift and competitive quote to a highly professional moving experience, Kingdom were first class in getting our move in West Lothian done despite difficult circumstances. Craig and his team really put the customer first in everything they do. Even when our move was delayed (twice!) - nothing was too much trouble and we were able to reschedule with the minimum of fuss. On the day of the move (boiling hot) the team worked tirelessly and the packing service we paid extra for was worth every penny. Super organised and efficient, and zero damages. Kingdom are a top class outfit and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Having dealt with Craig throughout the process.
Craig made sure Everything was dealt with and kept in touch through the process.
Communication was excellent and everything a smooth process.
Definitely recommend

Craig and the team at Kingdom Removals were our superheroes when another removals company let us down on the day before our move across South Queensferry. Craig stepped in at very late notice to sort logistics on vans and manpower and was reassuringly calm and professional. His team were punctual, polite and efficient and continued to work overtime when our key exchange was delayed by a few hours.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Thanks so much Craig and all the KR team.

We recently used KR for our move to Queensferry and were delighted with the service on the day. Paul, Connor, Ali and Tyler were really professional and put our mind at ease from the off.
The team were friendly and grafted from the start. They took great care with our belongings and everything arrived safely.
We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removal company.
Craig should be very proud of his staff.

Couldn't recommend Kingdom Removals highly enough. After having one days notice on my move, Craig and Andy were extremely flexible, sorting out my move. Such a sound, funny and helpful team. Couldn't speak highly enough of this company

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We honestly can't thank Kingdom Removals enough. If we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would! After being completely let down by a well-known company in the middle of moving day, we were left in total panic mode trying to figure out what to do. We called Kingdom Removals, and from the very first conversation, Craig was absolutely brilliant — he was at our house in under 10 minutes (!), gave us a quote on the spot, and within no time had two vans and a cracking team ready to help us move.

Despite the long distance between our old and new home (over an hour and a half drive), nothing was too much trouble for them. The team were incredibly professional, worked so hard, and honestly didn’t stop the entire day. They moved quickly, efficiently, and somehow made what started as a nightmare of a day feel completely manageable.

They genuinely saved the day and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, hardworking, and professional removals company.

Huge thank you to Craig and the whole team — you were absolute lifesavers! 🙌🚛

Cannot rate Kingdom removals highly enough. Craig responded quickly to all our questions. Gave us a good price with no extra cost if there was any delays on the day. The two guys who came phoned when they were slightly late due to a traffic accident. Very hardworking and courteous throughout the move.

An exceptional service from all. Craig was so helpful and prompt from my initial contact and right through until my furniture arrived. Richard and Ali left at the crack of dawn for a 4 hour drive and back again. Due to the sentimental reasons for this move, they were respectful and kind and put me at total ease. Will 100% be using them again and will also pass the word on! Thank you again

Excellent service from kingdom removals once again. This is my third time using the company. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are trustworthy reliable professionals who respect your belongings. Nothing is too much they go that extra mile to help and make your moving experience stress free. Craig and his team are the best highly recommended

This was my second time using Kingdom Removals and wouldn't go anywhere else! Craig was great from the start coming to check what would be getting collected and the fact they needed to go to 2 locations to collect my stuff this wasn't an issue.

On the day of the move the removal guys arrived and where great even going to the storage unit without me needing to go which was great, they got everything into my new place and where very friendly making sure I was not so stressed during the whole thing. 10/10 service! Will be booking again if I need to move.

Really helpful with a couple of items only to london. All on time and as expected. Found them reliable and helpful, would recommend

excellent service and good price. quick and friendly team moved my gear from Edinburgh to Glasgow on time and safely. recommend to anyone looking for economical deal long or short haul.

I highly recommend Kingdom Removals. They got me out of a difficult situation when my pre booked removals company let me down at the last minute. Craig and his team stepped in and did the job so fast and efficiently. Thanks very much everyone! I'll definitely use your company again.

Kingdom removals recently helped with our move in Edinburgh and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother, hassle free experience.

We booked through Craig, who did an excellent job at explaining the whole process to us, putting our minds at ease.

When it came to moving, Adam, Richard and their team were superb from start to finish: friendly, professional and efficient, going above and beyond at every step.

Overall, they made what should have been a very stressful experience, completely stress-free.

Would highly recommend.

Moving is stressful !, I was let down badly by anyvan . From the moment of contact with Kingdom, they took control of my problem, which was to move left behind house contents the very next morning. If storage was necessary then that was available.
They loaded all boxes from A to B put each box or item into the correct rooms. Very good personal service !! Robert

Amazing, leave it to the professionals they say and wow Adam and Richard were certainly that. The morning was so stress free as the guys just handled everything at either end of the house move. Text sent first thing to say estimated arrival, then text 15 min before arrival. We didn’t get into our new property until 2.30pm and it was not a hassle, no worries was the reply, we are here ready for when you do. Just helped relax our day. Couldn’t even make the guys a proper coffee as packed the sugar…sorry guys.

Craig was great when I first got in-touch, we did a video call around the house, within a day Laura had sent an email with quotation. Quote was a little more than others we had, but due to reviews we read, and Craig’s response to everything I asked and how he made us feel at ease I knew this was who to book.

Thanks again.

Craig and his team from the very first contact were friendly, helpful and above all professional in organising and carrying out our move from Edinburgh to Yorkshire.

Adam, Richard, Reece, Kieran and Doodle went above and beyond on day one with packing our property in Edinburgh and then on moving day itself. They were reassuring and understanding during a very stressful time. Could not have asked for a better team of movers.

Would highly recommend Craig and his team to anyone planning move, be it local or UK wide. We felt really lucky to have them on our side.

From the first contact with Craig, it was a great experience. Craig came round the next day to provide the quote, which was very reasonable. With a very short notice he was able to juggle things around to ensure I got the moving date I needed. The guys on the day were all extremely professional and put in a huge day's graft to move a whole household and a storage unit to my new address. They made an extremely stressful day, a lot more palatable. Definitely would use them again and do reccomend them to anyone moving. 5*

I would definitely recommend Kingdom removals. They took the stress out of moving day and they were so polite. I can't believe how quickly they got everything moved whilst also being careful not to damage anything. The communication was good as well, total stars! Yvonne.

Reliable & trusted company, excellent service. From Mr Singh 👍
