KINGOFKICKSUK (Not King Kicks) レビュー

Really chuffed with my order. Trainers arrived the next day and they even randomly gave me a pretty cool keyring with their logo on it! Thanks, King of Kicks, will be coming back soon.

I ordered two pairs of shoes over £700 but made a mistake by not putting the business name of where it was to be delivered to but it had the right address and my name on it. I got confirmation that it had been delivered but did not recognise the picture where they delivered it to and the person's name that received the delivery and in the picture that dpd send you as proof of delivery the tape has been removed from one of the boxes and is open. Have been in contact with customer service and they said they had sent me a email at 11.00 am today which I never received. And now they are saying because I forgot to put the name of the business on the address that they have delivered it to the right address and are limited as to what they can do and are not even bothered that I have potentially just spent £700 for something I don't even have. I will not recommend or be purchasing from them again and feel as a company they could do more to put this right with better customer service.

Fantastic service! James proved extremely helpful in providing information I required! The trainers came fast. I recommend kick of kicks to everyone, James was charming and an asset to your business!!

There was a mistake with my order before , but now it has been fixed and everything is perfect now ... thank u King of Kicks 🙏

Understand now. Thank you and thanks for the call. The error was nothing to do with King of Kicks, I've received the trainers today and my daughter loves them, thank you.
