Kingsbridge Living レビュー

We recently had a new front door and side windows fitted by Kingsbridge Living. Their representative was very helpful and explained to us the different styles of design and colours available. The door fitter arrived on time and was courteous and installed the door and surrounding windows perfectly. The design we chose was Riviera door in red, with Elegance glazing and leaded light side windows. It looks very smart and welcoming and would recommend Kingsbridge Living if you are thinking of replacing your doors/windows.

The work to replace two windows was carried out efficiently and expediently.

The installers were friendly and although they had some problems they just carried on, we were very happy with the service and the quality is very good. I would have no reservations about recomending your company to anyone. We are thinking about 2 small windows in the back oh the house which we hope to do next year

Wonderful! Done quickly and cleanly. Could not fault anything.

Great service from start to finish, no hard sell from the initial salesman and a friendly and polite install team who installed our windows and doors giving a superb finish. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and we would definitely use their services again.

Happy with my new windows and how from start to finish with Graham and Terry with their team how the work was undertaken.

Thanks guys a job well done

An excellent service from Kingsbride Living and the sub-contractors

Extremely happy with Kingsbridge - from the help choosing our windows, hardworking and pleasant fitters, great customer service and most importantly we are extremely happy with our new windows. We would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

Kingsbridge did a very efficient job replacing my bedroom window. The fitters were very friendly and polite and left and tidied everything up when they had finished. I am extremely pleased with their work

Fantastic service from sales, surveying and installation personnel, The shutters are really good quality and look amazing - the best in the street! I highly recommend Kingsbridge.

Quick and efficient service.
Friendly fitter.
No mess.

We had all our windows and a door replaced by Kingsbridge specialists and they completed the work to a high standard. I found the Team to be consistently professional, attentive and dependable.
Kingsbridge went over and above my expectations and I recommend them without reservation.

We are thrilled with our new windows and doors. Kingsbridge staff have always been professional in their approach and shown real attention to detail to complete the work just as we want it done. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to improve their property in this way.

The windows, doors and gutters that Kingsbridge have installed here were carefully done. From the initial survey to the final clearing up we could not have had better service and are pleased with the results.

Very poor customer care, I have had a problem with my front door since August, I have been told that they no longer deal with the suppliers for my front door but parts have been ordered and have not been delivered. I have not been kept advised of what is going on and each time I ring I have been fobbed off with the promise of a call back which never happens. The Company owner has a poor attitude towards customers. No attempt was made to allay my worries, unless you count talking over me and threatening to put the phone down on me as good customer service. Complaints are a part of any business, how you deal with them really matters to customers that have an issue and shows how much you appreciate their custom. Without them you have no business. I would not recommend this company to friends etc,

Kingsbridge Living were excellent from the quotation through to installation. The quality of the materials to replace our soffits, facia and gutters was very good and the installers were very polite and professional throughout. I have no hesitations in recommending this company.

We very pleased with the windows we have had installed, the standard of workmanship was first class, with very friendly and helpful fitter, the windows look great and have been finished to a high standard, we would recommend this company.

Highly recommended, great new windows.

Completely professional fitter. All work completed to a high standard with NO problems. Would use them above well known companies any day. Can’t praise them enough.
