Excellent service with good advice and clear quotations for the work. The team carried out reductions on two trees and safely removed a very large eucalyptus tree taking great care to avoid damage to adjacent plants and neighbouring gardens. They worked hard and were friendly and professional, leaving everything clean and tidy when the job was completed. Happy to recommend.

My garden hedge of leylandii is about 5 metres long and between 2 and 3 metres tall. The top growth of the hedge was out of safe reach from my ladder so I
called Kingshill Tree and Garden Services Ltd KTGS) on 03 August. That evening I received a response from KTGS on WhatsApp. A visit was arranged for Saturday 08 August. The work was assessed by a young man from KTGS and a competitive quote provided. The first date suggested for the work coincided with predicted hot sunshine and a maximum air temperature of 36 Celsius. I suggested that was too hot for someone standing on a ladder wielding a hedgetrimmer and the work was scheduled for a week later (20 August). The team from KTGS arrived in the late morning and completed the work in a little more than one hour. The face of the hedge was trimmed and the major work on the top produced a splendid clean and flat finish. Now both ends of the hedge are tidy and straight and the hedge's underside has been tidied too. All the debris from the work was removed from my garden. From the initial enquiry to job completion I am pleased to recommend Kingshill Tree and Garden Services Ltd for providing an efficient five-star service, and one I shall be using again.

Kingshill was easy to contact. They came and assessed the work and got a good quote in fast time. They arrived a few days later and carried out the work to a high standard and was very tidy. The guys were very polite and professional. I will use them again.

Kingshill gave their quote quickly and booked the work in for a nice early date. They skilfully carried out the work, cutting numerous branches of my neighbour’s large eucalyptus tree back to my fence boundary and tidied up thoroughly. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Really recommend the team for any tree works. They were knowledgeable, punctual and efficient whilst being respectful of neighbours in adjoining gardens where they were working.

They also cleared the garden to look as it was prior.

Absolutely shocking driving standards.

One of your Kingshill Tree Service vehicles managed to commit three separate traffic violations in less than three minutes. The driver was careless, impatient, and showed a complete disregard for other road users and basic traffic rules.

If this is how your staff behave while representing your company, it raises serious concerns about your professionalism and attitude towards safety. A business that works around people, homes, and public roads should be setting a much higher standard.

I hope management investigates this and reminds its drivers that they are representing the company every time they get behind the wheel. Driving like this not only damages your reputation but also puts other road users at risk.

Very good service. They cut several over grown trees for us, some of which were not easy to do. They were very professional and cleaned as they went along. Garden and driveway was left very clean and no debris left behind. Highly recommend them.

My luck was in when I found this company by chance and I will use them again ; they turned up promptly when they said they would both for providing a quote and for the work, provided appropriate written documentation of what we had discussed, were happy to discuss what was needed and what might be needed in the future and made me feel comfortable that I had made the right choice with using them for the job I needed doing 🙂 I’m very happy with all the work including the cost and the add ons we needed on the day ( a gardening job often needs to take shape as it happens , especially when the garden is like mine ) !! Today 1 Jul 26 used this company and can say what a great job they have done. I had a Bamboo removal which is very difficult but I am so pleased with what they achieved. Arrived bang on time and left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a very large oak tree in the garden that needed reducing in height and size all round as well as removing significant dead branches. They checked in with me to ensure I was happy with shape regularly and worked hard to complete in a timely manner.

We recently used to trim and reshape a hawthorn tree at the front of the house. They also reshaped an overgrown laurel tree at the back of our house. We were extremely pleased with the results.
