Ross was very professional, accommodating, and updated me frequently. The house was full cleared, I was very happy with the results, and I know Ross is accredited and so I know all items will be either recycled or properly disposed of. I would definitely use Ross again.

The Kings House Clearance team were excellent. Theirs was the most competitive quote. They turned up on time and worked so hard they completed the job more than an hour sooner that they had estimated; one came back to do a post-tenancy clean the next day, and the flat is looking lovely for the landlord to bring a prospective new tenant round in a few days time.

I am not a person to write a review for anything but in this case feel compelled to write and say what a fantastic company to deal with. They have recently cleared my parents house following bereavement and were sensitive and respectful to the situation without being patronising or over the top in any way.
Their quotation was good and they stuck to it on receipt of invoice.
Living a few hours away they were kind enough to send me photographs and videos of the clearance which was a nice touch.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone reading this.
