Glad to hear Tradecert is saving you time on your electrical certificates and working smoothly across both iPad and phone, that flexibility is a big one for a lot of people doing EICRs on site.

The AI side is exactly what we wanted it to feel like, a reliable backup when you are working through certificates and want that extra confidence everything is right.

Great to hear the switch over to Tradecert went smoothly, we know moving to a new EICR app can be a big decision.

We have put a lot of focus into making the user interface clean and easy to use, so you can move through electrical certificates and EICRs quickly without it feeling clunky or over complicated.

Good to hear the updates and support have stood out as well, we are constantly improving the software based on feedback.

It is great to hear the onboarding and switch from the NIC was straightforward, and that the interface and speed are making a real difference on larger jobs like commercial EICRs. Cutting that level of admin time down is exactly what Tradecert is built for.

Really glad we could step in quickly while you were carrying out your EICR and get the AI import issue sorted so you could keep the job moving. That kind of real world, on site support is exactly what we aim for with Tradecert, especially when you are relying on the software during live electrical testing.

It is also great to hear your feedback compared to other electrical certification software. Improving how electricians complete certificates, especially with tools like AI imports, is a big focus for us and we are constantly refining it based on situations just like yours.
