Bought 2 watches, looking great but the one kept stopping on wrist or winder, told by Kingsley Timepieces that I'm out of the window for repair or replacement, they only offer 1 month to find something wrong.
Scammers/criminals do not buy from them

Nice watch presentation great. The watch doesn't keep time correctly always resetting the time.

No watch….

Bought online a month before Christmas, emailed on social media and support for two weeks. Received a reply to contact Royal Mail not Kingsley. Royal Mail want me to contact Kingsley.. paid for a product that isn’t here with no replacement or refund. Not sure how that is legal.

just buy it for 15 euros on ali express, exactly the same item, I tested it

Great watches and customer service was fantastic. I accidentally put in my old address but they organised the courier to reship to new one luckily.

Instead of reselling this product from company called AILANG on aliexpress they should make their own... they sell the wtches for 100 to 160 euro's while on aliexpress you see the same piece for 40, its a dropshipping website that just ups the price. do better

Received watches from their Regal collection. The frequently stop both on my wrist and on my winder. Terrible support.

Bought their skeleton white, and skeleton blue. Personally liked the blue one more and gifted the white one to a friend. decent delivery times and customer service was quite good.

The watches were not what was represented in the website absolutely shocking service no response back to the many emails I have sent avoid at all costs I am left with two damaged watches and no way of sorting this AVOID THEY SCAM

I am yet to receive the item which I have bought. I have tried to email them several times but they have ignored me. They have obviously scammed me and not responding. Avoid!

The watches are visually look good. Unfortunately, I received damaged ones. They regularly delay and jam in some places on the dial. I wrote an email to customer service several times, but I did not received solutions to the problem. I warn you! If you do not want to spend over $100 without any guarantee, avoid Kingsley Timepieces.

This company sells watches from AliExpress at a significant markup.

Their "Regal Collection" is actually a watch made by a company called Longlux, and is available for around £15 on AliExpress - significantly less than the £126 that they're trying to sell it for. The watch is fantastic, but also very cheap - don't get scammed into paying more than you need to!
