Got it and it works great.
But it took me 3 time of trying over 3 months. Could be supply or stocking communication. I had a fear of a double order.

The part I ordered was packaged well and just right.

This is the third Kingston brass faucet I’ve purchased. Very pleased with the vintage aesthetic and price. Initial quality is good, although any vintage-constructed faucet has more joints to leak over time. Soft water is an imperative with these kits to preserve seal integrity and prevent corrosive deposits.

Matched the price on Amazon. Happy to buy direct? Excellent customer service and fine product

Great appearance

I accidentally put a wrong address for the “ship to” box. After I placed an order I realized it wasn’t even my address. I called Kingston and the lady helped me out by cancelling the order. She was very nice and helpful, even though the mistake was on my side. I am very grateful.

Kingston brass was recommended to me - product price and quality were what I was looking for.

I gave 3 stars as we received the right product in two different finishes which delayed installation. We tried to work with customer service and ultimately had to have a our contractor call to help fix the situation.

Replacement part not available separately. Had to purchase entire spout. I got the wrong one (my fault not theirs) and when immediately paid to ship it back, I was charged a restocking fee. Found entire faucet assy way cheaper online elsewhere. I tried to go to manufacturer and third party sold me the WHOLE faucet for $30 cheaper than Kingston sold me just the spout for. I dont usually complain but they kept emailing me to review them, so here it is.

The sink/shower faucets that I spent $700 on DID NOT MATCH but Kingston said they did. Two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT fonts were used on the handles. Not one but two Customer Service Representatives completely dropped the ball when I tried to get answers. My only "fix" was to order two "blanks shower disks" for the Hot/Cold shower knobs - which cost me an additional $60 (for the tiny disks and $20 shipping).

Bought a cast iron clawfoot tub directly from them. After the drain, piping, spicket, tax, shipping etc...it was almost 5 thousand dollars. When we were ready to install the tub, we tried to install the feet as per their instructions. The feet would not sit nicely against the side of the tub.....It looks terrible, with at least a one half inch gap between the tub and two of the feet. The first time we called them to complain of the problem, their customer support rep told me I had never purchased from them, that I must have purchased from some third party vendor........Only after my wife printed up my receipt from our bank statement did Kingston magically find our transaction in their records...... The Lady we spoke with the second time treated us like she didn't believe us, demanded pictures, and said she would have to consult with her supervisor. We were in the middle of our re-model and after a visual inspection, we stored the tub in our garage in its original packaging and didn't move the 500 pound tub into the bathroom until the bathroom was ready for the tub 3 months later....She said it was suspicious that we waited 3 months to report the problem. Who wants to move a 500 pound tub twice ? We visually inspected the tub on the day of delivery, they didn't tell us we had to test assemble it as well ! Buyer beware......these tubs are beautiful and tempting.......BUT THE LEGS DO NOT FIT ! They look terrible with half inch gaps at the top !

Delivery is fast and great product. I used to buy Kohler, but they are expensive and they always fail.

The bathtub valve set was missing the polish brass screws that attached the face plate to the valve and I spoke to a representative who charged me $30 for two screws. I will never use Kingston again.!

Beautiful faucet however we did not realize when we purchased it that to disengage the spray you have to turn the water off to return to normal function. Very frustrating and does not represent the price we paid for this upscale faucet.

I wanted to replace the broken plastic aerator insert for my faucet but instead had to buy the entire aerator. A repair that should have cost less than $5 ended up costing more than $40. Shipping costs were outrageous and now I continue to get requests for reviews after already submitting one three months ago. I will replace the entire faucet next time, rather than do business again with Kingston.

Not the quality I had expected. My faucet handles have inlayed pieces marking hot and cold water and they keep popping out and look as if they are 2 different sizes or shapes

I have purchased Kingston brass brand 3 x now because I have a claw tub and not too many options for choosing hardware for the tub. I have also purchased bathroom faucet hardware 2x. With the 1st hardware I purchased the small buttons with the 'C' and 'H' fell off on both the tub and sink fixtures. I called the company and was told they do not replace buttons instead they send the entire part. Most would jump at that fact except that means I have to hire a plumber to replace the parts. Infact, when I replaced the parts with the issue, the plumber asked, " why are you replacing?" "These are new!" The 2nd time I replaced the knob on the tub, porcelan, because it fell off and broke when it hit the tub. Then on the sink, the hot water would not shut off as if the washer was worn so that we had to turn the hot water off. The 3rd change I only changed because I wanted something without porcelan to avoid falling and breaking again. What I would recommend is better craftsmanship. Have pride in the company! Just because free replacement is offered should not be the solution to a production issue. The date provided is inaccurate as it is only a guess.

Make a better product. I have bought this item for the second time and it just doesn’t last long enough for the price.

Good service on parts. Replaced tub diverter valve. Works great.
