Excellent product. Was searching for months to find a tub spout with a diverter that was longer than 8 inches. Wanted one at 12 inches, but the 10in spout from you is working wonderfully.

My husband was a plumbing contractor…
My husband was a plumbing contractor before he passed. When I needed a replacement faucet for my bathroom I wanted two things. First a vintage fixture to match the tub and shower, and second (more importantly) a brass body. I’m tired of plastic incorporated into today’s faucet. Luckily, I after researching on the net I found exactly what I wanted in a Kingston faucet. I pride myself on shopping locally, however if the product is not available I research the web to meet my needs. I love the faucet, haven’t had any problems with it in the 5 months since it was installed.

Cartridges could not be replaced
When I finally tracked down the cartridges for my Kingston faucet, they were impossible to install. I was able to take apart every other element of the faucet except for the cartridge chambers! I was unable to return the cartridges and am out significant $$$ for what appeared to be a simple maintenance task. I hope others do not make this same mistake. I purchased and installed a new faucet with lifetime free cartridge replacements so I would not have this issue again.

Broken handle and another loose handle
We had a broken handle and the other one kept coming loose. I called and everything was taken care of my faucet. They sent both handles and everything is fine now.
