Our child moved to this school halfway through year 6. He was instantly made welcome and immediately fit in to a friendly, nurturing school community. The school has a real family feel, with a positive relationship between staff and children. Our child has been suitably academically stretched, the staff ensuring that weaknesses are improved and areas of strength developed further. Teaching is of a really high standard, in a positive classroom environment where learning is encouraged. We feel our child has excelled in Kingswood and only wish we had joined the school earlier.

Kingswood is a small independent school with small class sizes and great teacher to student ratios. It’s a friendly school with a nurturing environment. Our child settled in here very well and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

We’ve had a really positive experience with this school. As a small independent school, the class sizes are intentionally kept small, which makes a noticeable difference in the level of attention each child receives. The staff are approachable, personable, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of every student.

A lovely school with excellent teaching which stretches children to achieve their full potential. Kingswood is so much more than just about academics it nurtures and supports children's wider development giving them confidence and wider skills to succeed. The staff are, approachable and always happy to speak to parents. The small classes and warm friendly atmosphere mean staff quickly get to know each individual child and how best to support them. The children have enjoyed the regular swimming lessons, and trips linked to their learning.

A small and nurturing school. My son had been to a few different schools before joining Kingswood. The staff welcomed him and helped him work through his challenges. Everything is very open and transparent, and there is a real sense of community.

Kingswood School supported our daughter from her very first days in nursery right until she left, and it has been an incredibly positive journey. Throughout her time at Kingswood School, she received excellent support in her education, which played a huge role in helping her grow in confidence and truly believe in herself.

Kingswood school is a lovely small independent where they take the time to understand and work well with your child. All the parents are lovely and the emotional support can’t be faulted.
They have converted our little one from being a intermittent reader to reading 24/7 and has jumped leaps and bounds with his confidence.
