From the outset, Kura’s communication with parents was clear and reassuring. We received timely information about the day’s structure, what our sons and daughters would be doing, and what to expect. It didn’t feel like an afterthought; parents were kept in the loop at every stage, which made a real difference in terms of confidence and trust in the programme.
The day itself clearly made an impression. My son came home energised in a way that’s not easy to manufacture. Watching him talk through what he’d learned ,the different business areas, the people he’d met, the real-world problems the teams work on — it was one of those rare moments where you can almost see something click into place. The lights genuinely came on.

What can I say, the experience was awesome for my son, he came home excited and told me he learned a lot from the few hours spent with the Kura Team.

Great leadership and openness between other members.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The attention to detail, communication with the parents and young people, coordination of the event on the day from meeting them at the station to checking up on them to ensure they got home safely. The event itself was informative, engaging and highly beneficial. My son was so pumped afterwards. Thank you to the wonderful Kura team for all their hardwork, and for putting together such a beneficial and wonderful programme for our young people as the start to make the 1st steps up the career ladder.

The team shows good team work, a high level of coordinated work pattern and planning, communication with parent was excellent, feedback, checking in with the young people and their parents was also very good. In summary, they are all simply exceptional. Thank you for the opportunitygiven to my daughterto participate in the event.

Signed up my 2 children 15 and 20, they got a chance to meet and interact with professionals from different sectors and it helped them build confidence and bringing the it can be done spirit. Thank you Kura for your wonderful initiative to network the young ones with the corporate world.

Signed up my daughter and she is finding the networking and work experience opportunities helpful. Her confidence has grown and is now more focused on her future goals.
