Disappointing
Disappointing! I’ve had 3 changes of accountant in less than a year. As a new business owner, I’ve felt unsupported! It’s a tough transition moving from sole trader to LTD and having confidence in your accountant is a gamechanger having experienced this initially as a sole trader. I won’t be continuing with accountants online once I can find a replacement

succesful business people out there, walk away from AO !
I have been with this accountant for more than 3 years. The first year, low cost, fast response, fantastic work (They love mini businesses). Second year they started pushing for much higher fees for the same workload. 3rd year, this is beyond words, we pay 18000 euros in service charge for a job they do in few days. At the end, they get it all wrong, late and they blame us for the delay despite the fact that they have access to all our systems all year round. Now we end up paying for tones of extra charges which was never planned for. I would be you, don't even consider them as a potential accountant
Let me tell you WHY YOU SHOULD NOT GO AHEAD WITH ACCOUNTANTONLINE !
They wants to align their fees to your revenue. Basically your success, it's their success. Like a leech attached to you to suck your revenue. No other words for it. If I could I would walk away from this bunch of mafia immediatly.

I wouldn't be able to run my business without the help and efficiency of the team in Accountant Online. As soon as I have a question or need help, they revert back to me. Excellent company
I am with Accountant Online for the past 2 years, and I am very happy with their services. But what makes the experience unique is the care and attention they provide me. During the past two years, I had different situations where the team have supported me and always found the best solutions. From Ciara in the accountant team to Justin in the VAT team and Claire and Dione in the client services team, they all have gone the extra mile with my company and have always accommodated and serviced me the best way possible.
