Our experience with Kinsman was great from the start to the finish. All of the design team and the tradesmen were very thorough. Marek, our installer was exceptional. Our kitchen was installed on the days that we agreed on without a holdup. The quality control was spot on. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Kinsman to anyone who is thinking of a new kitchen.

We used Kinsmen Kitchens to redo my mothers kitchen and we are extremely happy with the end result. It was helpful to see a 3D image as we worked out how best to utilise space. Communication was excellent and there were no nasty surprises at the end, we paid what we were quoted. With the exception of one tradie, all the others were fantastic.

Mums laundry will be next on our list and Kinsmen will be the company we will go with.

Have wanted to renovate our dated kitchen for years, but where do I begin, thankfully the Naomi was able to help me with the vision that I had, she also was honest enough to let me know when something wasn’t going to work… or give me a better option, they where able to help with trades people, so I didn’t have to hunt any down, and the there went any hidden cost, which was a blessing considering that I did look at other places, but there was always the “oh this is extra” if I had to do a kitchen again, I would definitely use kinsman again.

Kinsman were very professional and kept me informed from start to finish.
Very helpful when I called with questions and changes.

A woeful experience! Kinsman keep telling me they are a supply only company and we don't control the trades. Well the problem has now stretched for over 6 months with trades not providing quotes, then after requesting a quote, told the work is bigger and then trades don't reply. The Kinsman sales person was very happy to sell the concept, if only I knew they would only look after half the experience.

I ordered a Kinsman Wardrobe at a consultation at one of their franchises in the Good Guys. I took in drawing of my bedroom, including door and window dimensons, and dimensions of my bed.
I asked if hinged doors would fit and assured they would. Once my furniture was in the room, it became clear I would have less than 5cm to open stand in front of the open door and drawers. Kinsman then suggested I reduce the module widths which would mean I have 10 doors along a 3m wall - just too visually busy for such a small bedroom.
Change to sliding doors and these don't fit between the wall and window sill.
And yes, there had been a measure check completed by their contractor.
After paying the deposti and first payment, I'm being told I will be charged a cancellation fee of $1600.
This is twice the amount stated on the contract and even that is unreasonable in my view.
My experience with their customer service has been really disappointing - I feel I'm just a number with money!

We recently asked Kinsman Wardrobes to install built-in cupboards in our study. We were very happy with the experience and the results. From the initial appointment with the Salesman (Derrick) to the completion of the job I knew we were being looked after.

Derrick spent about 2 hours with me to understand my needs, style preferences and budget, and he guided me through the Kinsman collection to find pieces that perfectly complemented my space and met our needs. His expertise made the whole process effortless and enjoyable.

Delivery and assembly was seamless, with the team ensuring that everything arrived on time and was set up with care. Syd (the installer) turned up on time, worked really hard all day, never complained, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. The commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout every step of the process.

The cupboard has now given us so much more space in our study, and has also opened up space under our stairs because a lot of the items were being stored under the stairs. The cupboard has lots of shelving, drawers, and hanging space. It stores our dry food pantry, cooking appliances, gym and office equipment, books, and coats - and I still have empty space to fill!! (Husband says I don't need to fill the empty spaces!) The cupboard is exceptionally well-made and strong. We also installed power points in the cupboard to hook up and hide the office equipment.

Overall, my experience with Kinsman Wardrobes was very positive. They exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them at all. Megan F.

Our kitchen designer offered some really good suggestions on our original concept design and we couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out.

The build and delivery were seamless and everything fitted perfectly.

Really happy with the quality of all the products. Solid draws and runners. Good finishing on the cabinets. The stone installers were very quick and professional also.
They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. And you get a really good quality product for what you pay for.

Considering the complexity of a replacement kitchen, the process with Kinsman went very well. The initial design and measurements went well. The actual installation was no hassle and now that the kitchen is in it works perfectly. Considering the overall price was less than I initially expected I’m very happy with the result. Their communication was better than expected too.

I was in the process of renovating my house and had been struggling with the color and design of the cabinets for weeks. When I went to Good guys Nunawading , Ms. Vialeta was there and she helped me a lot, dedicating a lot of time. She is one of the best and most dedicated designers who works with full positive energy. I extend my deepest thanks to her and congratulate the Kin's Man company for selecting the right person for the right job.

I chose Kinsman Kitchen Cabinets to renovate my kitchen. After several years, I felt that the cabinets were made accurately and the surface materials were textured. Overall, the final effect met my expectations.
However, the experience was full of twists and turns, and I was happy but sad, and still left some unpleasant memories.
The designer who visited my home just copied the original kitchen, and there was no design or innovation. Finally, with the cooperation of the Victorian manager, the design draft was produced, which took nearly a year.
During the installation, the team entrusted with the installation project was replaced at will, and the price was raised, which exceeded the scope of the original contract. After the installation, there were some defects: the range hood vent pipe was broken; most importantly, there was no specialist to adjust the HAFELE Free Flap Fittings. The installation team did not have the expertise and could not adjust it. So far, the two cabinet doors cannot open and close automatically. I hope you can arrange a specialist to help adjust it.
In recent years, overseas kitchen cabinet projects have made extraordinary progress and have undergone a structural revolution. From the process, materials, and design, it is so thoughtful that it is dazzling. I hope Kinsman can keep up with the progress of society and become a truly first-class kitchen cabinet world!

I had a laundry installed in April 2024 and I love love love it. I have been trying for 5 years to find someone to do my laundry. What I loved, is that they had an installer who organised all the trades, so easy. Communication was easy through the customer portal and they replied within a few days. I couldn't fault their communication with delivery etc. I would recommend them to my friends. I've learnt a lot through this experience.

We had a built in wardrobe for our master bedroom installed. The start and finish of the project was very good, quality of wardrobe is also very good. Regards Paul B

Used Kinsman for kitchens and wardrobes for a 4 unit development site recently. Their professionalism and attention to detail was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The finished product looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier.

The design process was flawless, the designer listened to our needs and designed our Kitchen and Laundry plus our built in wardrobes which have come out amazing! Could not be happier!
