Worst after service . Received orders and received wrong handles and had to pay $160 extra for their fault in sending wrong handles !! 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬won’t be getting the rest of my new build Tapware from The English Tapware company ..

Linda who we have delt with is phenomenal and professional and so helpful.
And your products are so luxurious, never seen anything like them! Everyone that sees our bathroom says it’s breathlessly beautiful

We have renovated two bathrooms using Perrin & Rowe products bought from The English Tapware Company in Melbourne. Quality and priced accordingly. Happy with that.
A few weeks ago we noticed a pool of water under our bath. The plumber found that the inner wall breech had ruptured and advised against continuing to use the heavy 210mm nickel spout as he said the weight was a problem.
We spoke directly to the owner of the English Tapware Company and he said he’d get back to us with some options. He also said the breech was not suited to the
spout despite the fact that the breech in question is compliant with Australian standards.
He failed to return any of our calls and messages since then. We are disappointed as his message to us says the breech is not suitable for the spout and on that basis it seems his company is selling a product that is at odds with the Australian standards that apply to inner wall breeches.
Our plumber has advised us to buy a lighter spout that will not cause us the same problem again. Given the poor treatment we have received from the director of The English Tapware Company we will go elsewhere to buy a new spout.

RESPONSE TO ENGLISH TAPWARE REPLY

The director of The English Tapware Company has written a clear response to our complaint about the poor quality of after sales service we experienced above. Well done.
If his text messages were as clear as this our problem would have been easily resolved. However, they were not clear at all and did not provide us with a clear solution to our problem.
We made several attempts to talk with him over the phone but apart from our first call, he did not return further calls, but sent text messages that were ambiguous and hard to decipher.
He said he would forward photographs of the range of spouts for consideration but such photographs were not forwarded to us.
I text message a suggestion that we would like to swap our 210 mm spout for a 190 mm spout but again received no reply either by phone or text message.
It was only after I posted the one star review above that I received an unhappy reply to advise me that the order for the 190mm spout had been cancelled. Whether the order had been made or not I cannot say. I can only say I was very surprised to learn that an order had apparently been made.
It’s unfortunate that this issue has resulted in this unpleasant stand off between us. It could have been avoided through clear and timely communications. We enjoyed doing business with The English Tapware Company and continue to rate their products highly.
Handled in the right way, this matter may yet enjoy a positive outcome for all parties. We can only wait and see.

Always found ETC staff brilliantly friendly & willing to communicate. We felt their available materials of exceptional quality & are most impressed w the results about our house! A small hiccup in the end finish for one of our items was most promptly rectified too. Truly impressive.

I contacted Marc regarding some replacement parts for our taps. He was very polite and easy to deal with. I love all our tap fittings in our home, they were purchased from The English Tapware Company before we purchased our property. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from this Company in the future.

It wasn’t Susies fault but COVID had resulted in a lot of out of stocks so I had to compromise on choice of hardware. In fact I had to source completely different tapware to that specified by interior designers. Overall happy though.

the Butler's sink and tapware arrived promptly from Melbourne, even during a pandemic. both look beautiful and are the highlight of our laundry.

The product was on Superior quality as you would expect. The bathroom fittings look amazing and The English Tapware Company were tentative and very friendly.

The products are beautiful and the service we received was impeccable, second to none. The staff were so helpful and nice, nothing was too difficult. They managed to get our tapware to us, from the warehouse, in less than 24 hours. I ordered late in the afternoon and we had it the next morning, the final day of open trading before the Covid19 lockdown. We couldn't believe the level of customer service. It would have been far easier to say it was too hard. We are a first time customer but I will be a returning customer, as I am so impressed with the product and outstanding service

EXCELLENT service from Silvana at the English Tapeware Company Woollarah.
Will be renovating my bathrooms next year and definately will be back.

The sales service was fine. But there was issues with installation and the promised to get back to me and never phoned back.

For the price if there items I expect excellent service, instead my plumber had to pull the item apart and assemble it correctly as it was not assembled correctly from the warehouse. This cost me extra time with the plumber. When I called they had no one who could help untill the next day, promised to phone, never did.

I couldn’t be happier with dealing with this company. Linda was a delight to speak to and everything was delivered as she said it would be.

Start to finish, the team at the English Tapware Co were consummate professionals, along with an understanding empathy of our requirements. A great experience.

Kathryn has been extremely lovely! I had so many questions and kept adding to my order but she emailed like she knew me and even sounded excited about our project too!
So personable and friendly. Still waiting for the kitchen install and use the taps but so far can’t fault a thing!
