Our umrah trip on April
2025 was Alhamdulillah good, Malik has helped us so much and was very helpful, communication was very good and everything was in place how it should be no problem at all.

Mohammad sharia was very helpful throughout the whole booking and journey process. He stayed in contact when required and was always able to assist us. Very polite and found us cheap rates hotels and transport. Would reccomend him.

Muhammad Sheryar planned the whole trip. He was an amazing help. He took care of everything and made me stress free. From flights to hotels to transport and ziarat he thought of everything and gave us the cheapest option but still good quality. He kept checking in on us and making sure nothing was wrong. As it was our first time going I was really worried and confused but he kept explaining slowly and clearly to me all the time and answering my questions patiently. He has been a great help and I would 100% recommend using kiswa tours and definitely ask for him to get a package.

Muqaddas - The agent who handled and made all the necessary arrangements for my family's Umrah Trip was absolutely brilliant. Muqaddas was my sole contact point who coordinated between us and the Visa department, the hotels and the drivers throughout the entire trip. Once all arranged Muqaddas kept in touch whilst we were in Madinah and also in Makkah. Finally arrived back to the UK Muqaddas got in touch and wanted to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was OK.

Me and my family had an amazing experience when we went for Umrah. All praise to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى for allowing us to come to the blessed land of Makkah and Medina. I also want to say a big thank you, to sister Muqaddas for her support for arranging everything. Soon as we spoke to Muqaddas she was clear and honest. She set out clear timelines and we were able to contact her at anytime. Even sometimes outside office hours. I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Kiswah Tours to arrange our Umrah. Even whilst in Saudi Arabia, Muqaddas was checking up on how everything was going, making sure we was okay soon as we landed in Saudi Arabia. It was really nice of her to text us soon as we completed our umrah. The transport company arranged by Muqaddas was excellent.
