Wouldn’t have used if realised you have to cover your own courier costs for returns, and have to print off a returns slip (this is in 2026!), and have to pay a fee on top!?! Also limited stock so c... もっと見る

Purchased some knee sleeves, unfortunately they split within around 5 uses. Contacted customer services who replaced them the following day, no issues at all! Knee sleeves themselves are great.
The test of a business is what happens when something goes wrong as even the best systems have issues at times, and nobody is perfect. A couple of minor issues occurred with my order (item out of stoc... もっと見る

Never heard of or used this place…
Never heard of or used this place before. I found a 5.11 bag for £35 less than everywhere else. I ordered it. It was despatched within an hour and delivered the next day by DPD. Item seems to be genuine and nothing wrong with it. Its a good quality bag although I wouldn't have paid the full price for it but was worth what I paid. The item was marked as out of stock after purchasing so I'm guessing I'd got the last one.

First time ordering and average at best…
First time ordering and average at best sadly although great price. Slow dispatch and updates and Royal Mail tracked ( apparently to 16ft lol) managed to post my order to a random house several street away with the same number.

Hi David
Sorry for your frustration, however I can see that your order was dispatched the same day it was placed.
It is unfortunate that Royal Mail had issues with delivery, our customer service team did their best to help locate the parcel. We do monitor the service levels of our couriers to provide the best level of service but sometimes mistakes do happen.
Apologies again and I hope you get good use out of your knee sleeve
Always great service

Thank you so much for the way you took…
Thank you so much for the way you took care of this particular order.
Considering the difficulties prescribed by the Brexit concerning commercial relations between UK and EU, you did an amazing job dealing with this particular matter. I strongly recommend this site. See you soon! :-)
