Unsuitable for UK users as impossible to obtain spare parts

Believe the reviews - they promise a 2 year guarantee on robot vacuums but good luck getting a reply from them!

Die ersten zwei Monate funktionierte der Saugroboter gut, danach ging nichts mehr. Teilweise hat er seine Station nicht mehr gefunden. Die Einrichtung der App beziehungsweise die Verbindung mit der WLAN ist fast unmöglich eine Herausforderung. Zwischenzeitlich hat er die Karten gelöscht, musste neue Karten erstellen, genauso wie er sich dann irgendwann mal komplett abgemeldet hat und ja das Spiel mit der Einrichtung der WLAN von neuen begangen, was eine große Herausforderung ist, er will sich einfach nicht verbinden 😤
Die Batterie taugt überhaupt nichts, musste nach drei Monaten ausgetauscht werden. Mittlerweile blicke ich auf eine Erfahrung von sechs Monaten auf diesen Saugroboter. Sehr oft musste ich mich ärgern, statt eben den Saugroboter saugen zu lassen hatte ich Probleme und es konnte nicht gesaugt werden. Ich blieb auf meinem Dreck sitzen bzw. musste traditionell staubsaugen, das ist ja nicht der Sinn der Sache. Sehr unzuverlässig, Software wie auch Hardware!

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered a vacuum/mop but received plastic trolly . The company would not return any of my emails until klarna got involved . No customer service if your tempted to buy off them always pay by klarna or paypal

Leider bekommt man bei Problemen/Kontakt keine Antworten.

Leider muss man ja 1 Stern vergeben, aber der ist schon zu viel.
Mitte Dezember 2025 haben wir einen L20 Max gekauft und er funktionierte auch fast 2 Monate tadellos.
Seither ist er defekt und trotz Garantie reagiert der Hersteller und Servicepartner nicht. Wir warten noch immer auf einen Austausch aber Lubluelu reagiert einfach nicht. Da kommt schon der Verdacht des Betruges auf. Ich würde niemandem diesem Hersteller empfehlen und die restlichen Rezessionen zeigen ebenfalls ein deutliches Bild.

After less than 1 year the L7 cordless vacuum unit began to run for 10-15 seconds and then I get the error message. I contacted CS and they made me send pics and video and said I'd be contacted by the support team. Crickets since despite several reminders. Crap product (in terms of reliability) and even worse (non) service. Go elsewhere.

I brought a lubluelu robot vacuum s1000 from Ebay only had it 2 months and its gone wrong its not communicating and keeps blowing fuses when contacting the lubluelu customer service they are not very helpful saying that there technically team are on hoilday and they will get back to you then they tell you they can't find any faults on there syterm so basically you are talking to a brick wall as they are not helpful then they write back in a different language so best to avoid this company as this is about the 6 one of the lubluelu ive had now and they have all gone wrong and to try and get your money back its a fighting battle

Bought a robot vacuum from them on their AliExpress store. Stopped working after a few weeks, contacting them they tried a few trouble shooting steps, which took a while then promised to send it a battery. Which never came, and they blanked follow up emails. Going back to AliExpress, their protection window has closed. Avoid this company.

Unbelievably poor customer service. I have been trying to sort out a replacement for my robot vacuum that started having faults in June 2025 - I have only just received a reply in January 2026 and they are being incredibly unhelpful. They have offered me a replacement, but after approving and sending them my address for the delivery, I was instructed to contact their eBay channel because that was where I originally bought the item. Only problem is, their eBay channel doesn't accept messages! I just want my replacement! I have contacted their Service@ email, their Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and no one is willing to help.

PS. the app for this company's devices also sucks

The robot vacuum stopped connecting after a year. I contacted support, and they replied a couple of times with bizarre questions (had nothing to do with my problem), then they just refused to communicate.

Edit: I may have spoken too soon. Lubluelu just contacted me and says they will be sending a replacement. I will update this when they do!
Update: While it did take a few weeks for response and action, Lubluelu did indeed send me a replacement vacuum. Many thanks for that!

I bought two robot vacs from this company, one had an automatic dust collector. Initially they worked well but then one kept failing to doc and stopped working. Customer service seems fine initially but as soon as it’s obvious they may have to replace something, communications stop. They simply refuse to honour the warranty. Moreover, if you go to their official website, you will only see glowing reports - turns out that they don’t publish feedback below 3 stars!

In summary, this company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and are bordering on being fraudulent.

Love the "Lubluelu L20 Max" robot vacuum cleaner and really good with very long dog hairs and cleaning (brushes might need unhairing after two or three big clearing sessions).
The only issue I have is that there is incomplete information they have on their website with regards to the correct spares/parts for the L20 Max (not same for L20 or L20 Ultra) such as brush roller, side brushes, filters and mops.
After several message queries via their website and Aliexpress over a number of weeks, they eventually confirmed that the parts below were compatible:

All part above fitted OK for a "L20 Max" (Compatible For Lubluelu SG60 SL60 SL60D SL61 / Tikom L9000 / L8000 Parts Main Side Brush Hepa Filter Mop Cloth Accessories)

I am still researching the correct parts for the Dust Bag (already purchased the wrong bag "Lubluelu SL60D/ SL60 Plus/SG60/SL61" is not correct) and will update this review with my finding (should really be on supplier website/aliexpress).

I strongly advised Lubluelu if they are reading the review to please update your information on your website so we can purchase the correct accessories.

The hoover failed after 6 months. Contacted customer support who made me send a video showing the issue. This was 3 weeks ago, I’ve been ignored ever since.

The product looks a great buy, but I strongly advise choosing another brand if you want longevity.

Multiple issues with my robot which at the start of my complaint was only a couple of months old. I have been complaining since August and been promised a replacement which I am yet to receive, they have now stopped communicating. Shocking customer service don’t buy.

Terrible company, they don't know what they are doing over there and even don't know what they are selling!!!
What a bad company and people, when I asked them for help they dragged me into even bigger problems!
Provided me with totally wrong item!
