Hassle free ordering and helpful advice. Delivery guys were pleasant and took the old appliance away with no fuss. Great service. Would use again.

Brilliant service, quick and efficient! Love my new fridge freezer, was a bit worried using somewhere I’ve never purchased from before but everything was so smooth and no issues what so ever, I will defiantly be buying from here again!

Easy to use and clear website, friendly and efficient delivery men, products are good value for money.

Excellent choice

From my initial phone call to delivery and installation, no problems at all. Big thank you

Fantastic help from the staff with short notice, thank you

Great service would definitely use again.

Always great service and can always get hold of them by phone. 5 stars from me.

Good quick online ordering and easy pick-up from store. Dishwasher was in stock for immediate collection (unlike all the big shops) price was as good if not cheaper than the big stores.

Very satisfied with this service on time with delivery the two gentlemen who delivered were very polite and very helpful e

Quick, efficient and friendly. Went out of their way to help and did it with a smile.
100% would use again.

Very happy with the fridge freezer and with its prompt delivery thank you

If it wasn’t for Jason and Rob the gentlemen that dropped and installed my fridge, the rating would have been 3 stars lower!
I called kitchen economy this morning to enquire about what time my fridge would be arriving to which the man on the phone said ‘I don’t know I don’t deliver them’- how charming!
However, Jason and Rob not only carried my fridge up SIX flights of stairs (it’s a new build apartment and the lift had broken!) but then when they unboxed it and saw that the man in the warehouse had packed the wrong colour- they then carried the fridge back down the six flights and went and got me the right fridge WITHIN HALF AN HOUR!!!!
They were nothing but polite, so accommodating and extremely helpful.
I honestly can’t thank them enough!!
They really went above and beyond today and for that I had to leave this review to say a massive thank you and what a credit to the company they are!
Thank you Jason and Rob!
