Bespoke Window Furnishings レビュー

The service was awesome! We needed to replace curtains/nets after having some double glazing replaced. Alan came to see us in Borehamwood and explained the various options available to us, timings and the work required. We decided on vinyl plantation shutters which Alan suggested would take 5 weeks (made in the uk). About five weeks later the blinds were ready and fitted within a day. The professionalism, communication and finishing were superb.
We couldn’t be happier with the choice, quality of the shutters and the outcome.
Would highly recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings.

This was my second time using Bespoke Window Furnishings, and once again I had the pleasure of having Keane attend my new home.

Keane’s attention to detail is exceptional. He took the time to show us all the different blind colours and options available, while also offering his professional advice to help us make the perfect choice.

Keane returned the following week to fit our two new blinds, and they look absolutely perfect! We couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

Thank you so much, Keane, for another fantastic service. Highly recommended!

Once again, as I ordered shutters for my room in June 2026, expecting the delivery 17 weeks but arrived earlier, fitted so well by Lee which I am so extremely happy with the end result. Highly recommended to everyone.
Thankyou so much Lee for your professionalism.

I couldn't be happier with my new shutters, Bespoke Window Furnishings have been absolutely first class from start to finish.
Leon and Keane were both wonderful to deal with. They were professional, friendly and clearly know their craft inside out, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole process, from the initial measure through to fitting, was completely seamless, and everything ran exactly to plan.
The finished shutters look beautiful and have made such a difference to the room. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings to anyone considering shutters, thank you both so much!

A massive thank you to Keane for installing our shutters. From start to finish, the work was absolutely top, top, top quality!
Keane was professional, friendly, extremely tidy and clearly takes real pride in his work. The attention to detail was excellent, everything was fitted perfectly, and the finished result looks fantastic.
It’s always great when someone not only does the job properly but goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right.
Fantastic workmanship and a brilliant service. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended! 10/10! 👏

We have just had 2 ceiling blinds fitted by Alan and at the same time he also repaired our conservatory blind .
We have only recently moved to Borehamwood and we

Alan was fantastic. Responsive, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend!

Lee was incredibly professional - from date of ordering to installation it took 2 weeks. I had expected a month, so it was great to have the earlier install! Incredibly pleased with the end result! Would highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with our shutter blinds! Chris was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was so patient, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to us and making sure we were completely happy with our choices.

We had an unexpected issue with our bathroom windows, which meant they needed to be renewed before the shutters could be fitted. Chris was so understanding and accommodating, and there was never any pressure or issue with him waiting while we got everything sorted.

The shutters look absolutely beautiful in both our living room and bathroom, and the quality and finish are fantastic. Chris was professional, reliable and genuinely lovely to deal with.

We would 100% recommend Chris to anyone looking for shutters and can’t wait use him again in the future. Thank you so much, Chris! 😊

I recently had shutters installed by Bespoke Window Furnishings and couldn't be happier with the service and the end result.

From the initial consultation through to installation, Lee was always on time, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. What I particularly appreciated was his honest advice. Rather than being pushy or focused on making a sale, he took the time to understand what I wanted, offered useful suggestions and ideas, and helped me choose the best option for each room.

The installation was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and the shutters look fantastic. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

I would highly recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings to anyone considering shutters. A genuinely professional company that delivers great customer service and a quality product.

His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Alan again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality blinds and excellent service.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Alan & Keane have provided us with fantastic professional service from measuring up to installation. They were able to come up with a solution to a tricky bay window we had taking any worry away from us. We are so glad we used Bespoke Window Furnishings - we couldn’t be happier with our blinds . Thanks Alan & Keane

Beautiful shutters, excellent workmanship and a fantastic result

I’m absolutely delighted with my new shutters. They have completely transformed both rooms and look beautiful. Alan and his team also fitted blinds in my kitchen, which I’m equally happy with.

The products feel solid and well made, and the fitting was extremely precise. The workmanship throughout was outstanding.

Alan advised me on the framing and took into account how the shutters would look within each room. His straightforward approach and visual judgement were spot on, and the finished result works perfectly with the space.

The installation was quick, efficient and completely fuss-free. Alan and his team were respectful, kind and friendly, and they cleaned everything carefully afterwards.

A professional and genuinely pleasant team, with excellent attention to detail. I would happily recommend them.

Love my new shutters.

Amazing new look. My room looks so bright and different. From initial consultancy, Lee was able to explain the differences in shutters and what i would get compared to other brands. I was sold. With competitive prices, i put in the order.

Upon delivery of the shutters, Lee was able to arrange fitting as soon as I was available.

Before arrival, i got the hoover up to ensure I could hoover over any drilling and mess but Lee explained no need as he brings in his own mini hoover. The place was left spotless...boxes removed and room left clean. Pretty impressive. Thanks again.

Bespoke is exactly what you get - Alan and his team are absolutely incredible and they have transformed my house. He took time to understand my needs and made suggestions of how to effectively customise my shutters, even providing solutions of how to effectively cover some scruffy and ugly aspects of my windows left by previous owners. He kept me updated on timelines throughout. When he came to fit the shutters he went above and beyond to ensure they were exactly what I wanted - he even moved a socket on the wall in one room and put extra finishing touches to ensure they look perfect. The craftsmanship is outstanding and he takes real care, attention and pride in his job.
We got 4 quotes and Bespoke were not only competitive (and cheaper than most) they were the only one's to make suggestions and work-arounds to accommodate the quirks of my property.
Alan and his team are extremely likable, charismatic and kind, the service is top-notch and the end result is outstanding. We are already getting a quote to have the back of our house done - I cannot recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings enough!

We were very impressed with the service we received, tidy, efficient, timely and extremely polite and professional. We were delighted with the products supplied. We would have no hesitation in recommending Keane to anyone.

Karen and Brian

Alan and Damien did a fantastic job on my Shutters. I had five quotations in total and only Bespoke Shutters caught my eye. They had the better material, better colours and much better ideas than the other four.
I am very happy with my Shutters and they make my bedroom look so much better now.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND BESPOKE SHUTTERS
