Avoid at all costs.
I would strongly advise consumers to avoid.
I purchased items online and the quality was terrible. When I attempted to return them, I was informed that a 20% “restocking fee” would apply and that I could not even obtain a Return Authorisation number unless I first paid that fee.
In effect, I was required to pay money simply to access the returns process.
This is not what UK consumers reasonably expect when purchasing online. Statutory consumer rights cannot be overridden by standard terms and conditions or by labelling transactions as “B2B” after the fact.
After considerable correspondence, the goods were returned and received by the retailer, yet the refund was not processed promptly, requiring me to escalate the matter through my bank.
I am sure they'll write some waffle back - but give it a thought before you purchase. (as expected they did and have lied. Nice try).

Accessing Returns: At no point are customers required to pay a fee just to "access" our return process. Our system informs customers of the standard restocking fee that is deducted from the final refund amount, as per our terms for non-faulty goods.
Refund Status: Your refund was processed in full accordance with our standard timeline once the items were received and inspected. We can confirm that this was completed through our internal systems without the need for bank escalation.
Return Method: While we provide a standard returns process, you opted to use your own shipping label. This is perfectly acceptable, though it did result in a slight delay as the package had to be manually processed upon arrival.
Statutory Rights: We respect all UK consumer rights. Restocking fees are a standard practice in the Catering and B2B trade transactions to cover processing costs.
We aim to be as helpful as possible and regret that this experience didn't meet your expectations.

Love this American industrial tumble dryer
Love this tumble dryer. It’s very quick to dry, even on medium (a full washing machine load took 30 mins to be bone dry). Would never have a small domestic dryer again as these big American dryers are just so much better. Our last Maytag American dryer lasted 22 years so I’m hoping this one will be the same!

Perfect replacement pan
Perfect replacement milk pan for the one my husband lost. My original 5 piece Artame set were bought on about 1991 and are still in brilliant condition. Himself threw away or left outside the milk pan so I was very pleased to find such a perfect replacement. Good price for great quality
