I ordered the Quarter Size Sheet Pan…



I ordered the Quarter Size Sheet Pan Cover to go with the Aluminum Quarter Size Sheet Pans, assuming they would be a perfect fit as they are both "Quarter Size." Unfortunately, the cover is a poor fit for the pan. The sizing is incorrect, making the pan cover unusable for the purpose it was purchased for.

I have attempted to contact customer service for a return and have not yet received a reply. This has been a frustrating experience.

The return policy its very bad… you will get back almost anything and also customers service they will not answer to the emails

My order was placed 6 months ago. And now it's supposed to be coming in. My inquiries have not been answered. Terrible, horrible and disgraceful service.

Absolutely atrocious.

This unprincipled and incompetent company has no regard to its contractual duties and is contemptuous of its customers.
I purchased an item unqualifed by restrictions for "next day" delivery. The company advised me that the parcel was "on the way" and I stayed in all next day only to have my time wasted.
The day after the failed delivery I sent an email (because the company never answers the telephone) to inquire about the status of the order as the only tracking information was a QR code and I do not have a smartphone. I was advised that delivery for the item was 3-5 days. Thus all the information provided hitherto was untrue.
I rescinded the contract and requested a refund and confirmation. Of course I never received confirmation but the parcel arrived out of the blue six days later when I just happened to be at home. Appalling!
When I commenced my order I was offered 5% discount only to be informed later that the offer did not apply to my purchase.
When I was completing the payment process the company solicited a tip with suggested amounts. This was at a time when I did not know what sort of service I would receive and in any case it not the industry norm. Gratuities are quite inappropriate in a contract for the sale of goods. Such unprofessional conduct was a signal that I was dealing with a third rate company and with hindsight I should have aborted the transaction and avoided a lot of inconvenience.
