Great course very informative highly recommend

I found it extremely helpful to me and has improved my confidence in helping someone with an allergic reaction.

I now have much better understand of allergies and anaphylaxis , I feel more confident in handling emergency situations.

This was a great training course. It goes through step by step everything you need to know. Really useful videos and questions after each section. I feel much more confident.

Clear, easily understood presentations with plenty of information to increase confidence & not too long!

I really found this helpful. Good to know how to open the box, lie the patient down, and also put it through top of the leg with clothes on. Also repeat if still not good.

The anaphylaxis training was very clear and thorough. The entire ethos of the company is extremely reassuring as an educational staff member and also as a parent of a child with an allergy.

I had absolutely no knowledge of allergies and what causes the reactions, I at least now know what to do in a emergency and will not panic. Thank you for making the course easy to follow ( which really helps )

Great training, easy to follow.

Training easy and very knowledgeable I just feel like it needs to be added to the first aid training as an added extra part to show and demonstrate in real life the pen being administered

I really enjoyed learning about how people with allergies are supported and treated, and I found it reassuring to see how simple and effective the correct steps can be in an emergency. Having the right knowledge and access to emergency medication, such as an adrenaline auto-injector, can make such a huge difference and potentially save a life.

Very informative training and relevant to workplace.
