Same as previous reviewers I’ve been scammed! They claim I signed up for monthly subscription which they then claimed to have cancelled then they sent it again & refuse to accept the product back which is surely illegal! I am pursuing this with the authorities including my bank. I am seriously out of pocket & as a pensioner I can’t afford this but they don’t care. Stay away.

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Item was never received and they claim to have sent another and that was never received either. no refund offered. dozens of emails sent and never resolved!!

As a third follow up on Kitty Supps deceptive business practices. Here's further proof. Listen to others!!!

I looked into them before and saw a bunch of sketchy reviews, their whole refund policy seems like a nightmare. appreciate the heads up, saved me from wasting money on my cats

Agree! Ordered and attempted to return new/unopened product that had just been delivered as no longer wanted to use. KittySupps would not take the product back despite numerous back and forth emails w/ Anna and their Refunds & Exchanges policy on their website which states they have a 30-day return policy. Received a 20% refund so at least it’s something. Never again!

Have had nothing to trouble with Kittysupps. They are absolute scammers. Took a month to receive the product then discovered they had defaulted to an automatic monthly delivery. Have chased them for a refund but still not received. Have reported them to Fair Trading. They use AI images and AI generated fake vets supporting their product claims. They set up fake animal rescue websites supposedly supporting KittySupps. Now they're making ads which are literally a scare campaign saying that your cat will die early unless you use their products. Do not waste your money buying their products.

Complete scam they are a FAKE website, i accidentally ordered from them not knowing it was a fake scam website they keep shipping more to me and their customer support was non existent, the real Kittysupps team told me that their only website is without the -

I feel so stupid for falling for a fake website I will be ordering again from the official website
