Do not order from this store. No manufacturer on my boxes when they finally arrived. Will not give me address to return product for refund. Product not safe for your animals. Waited over a month for product and now another month.

they send me 6 bottles ,, of the drops for yeast infection They would send me emails saying my order was on the way. I never ordered except once. I kept responding and today i receive these 6 new bottles. I had to call my credit card company to put a stop to any more shipments. I also had them take the new charge off my card and issued a dispute. No place to return these bottles because there is no refund policy...

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not buy from this company. I ordered some yeast drops almost 2 months ago. When I tried tracking my order, I got a message that said they didn’t recognize the tracking number. I emailed Kivori to ask about my package and they charged me a second time and supposedly sent a second order. I emailed them back(you can’t call them because they’re a scam) and they had automatically signed me up for a subscription when I emailed them. I told them I didn’t want a subscription and wanted a refund because I haven’t received even one of my orders. They replied that my subscription was cancelled but have not replied to multiple emails requesting they refund me. It’s been almost 2 months and I have received no products, no longer get any response, and have not received any refund. This is by far the worst company ever, if they are in fact even a company. I looked at reviews on Amazon and they were okay, but when I ordered through their online store instead of Amazon they have been horrible. Absolutely a fraudulent company or completely worthless. Stay far away.

Never received my orders. Have written to them many times and getting gaslighted. One of the tracking number does not even exist and the other indicates stuck within ups system for over a month now. Absolute scam. They should be charged and locked up for their scam. There is no phone number a customer could reach out to either. We want our money back and to no avail

This company is a scam. They have fake ads listed on social media sites from a veterinarian who isn't real talking up their products. Then you never get the product, I waited a month before reaching out to them for a refund, which they were not willing to provide until I disputed the charge with my bank. Fake tracking numbers that eventually go dead. The day after I received the first refund they charged me again, and when I reached out to them they said I was on a subscription plan. Absurd, I never even received the first month's order. Had to put in another inquiry with my bank to get that refund and get a new card so they couldn't keep charging me. People suck.

I never received my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times and didn’t hear back. I’m really disappointed, because I was really looking forward to using the product.

Placed one order in January. Took a month to get my order. The yeast drops did nothing for my dog. THEN they charged my card for a second order I never placed. This crap comes from China. It is a total scam.

An absolute scam. They say the product is made in the US but the business address is Canada, yet the product ships from China. Customer service doesn’t respond to emails (probably because it doesn’t exist). I woke up the morning to find a charge on my card for another order that I didn’t authorize. Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the claim and ordering a new card. STAY AWAY.

Total scam. I only blame myself as should have never purchased. I ordered the two plus two thrown in for the $39.99 ‘deal’. Only ONE was delivered. ONE, not two or the two extra as advertised. Product does not work as demonstrated. Not even close.

I ordered the yeast drops directly from their website on 1/18, kept getting messages saying" they are on their way.." Fast foward nearly a monthy later and I messaged customer service which said expect order within 2-7 days. Still nothing so I replied that at this point I expect a full refund to be applied immediately, no response.
I believe this company is a total scam based out of China. I'm out the money and nothing to show for it. Hard lesson learned. Stay far away from them

Awful customer service. No product received. I placed my order on Jan 18. It's now Feb 13 and nothing. Almost a month later. I sent an email and it took over a week to get a response and they said "It's on it's way". Do not recommend. Stay far away.

Stay away from this company!! I ordered the yeast drops for my dog a month ago. I received the parcel in the mail. I didn't place another order for anything else after my initial order but.....they charged my card again for another shipment I didn't authorize. I sent numerous emails about this problem to no avail. I couldn't get my money back, so I disputed the charge with my bank and requested a new bank card with a new number. This company will never get another nickel from me! Fraud. Oh!!.....The yeast drops gave my poor dog diarrhea. Don't use them on your pup!

Store address claims, Kivori Pet Store LLC. 2850 Jane Street North York, ON, Canada however it's online only so no physical store front. Items are shipped from China.
Misleading shipping and delivery promises for early shipping n receiving. Ordered yeast drops Jan 12 2026 still have not received first order and they automatically set you up for reoccurring order that ship before the first one has ever arrived.
No response to email with questions. No way to cancel reoccurring orders ECT.
I contacted my bank stopped payment n reported company as fraud n got my money back n have prevent any and all possible future charges.

Would rate negative if I could. My wife and I were charged twice for a product that hasn't shown up in over a month now. Emailing them has been next to unhelpful.

Do not do business with this company!! They start auto shipping and billing your credit card without any ability to stop it. I’m getting AMX involved. This is such a huge scam!! I’m asking for a refund but it looks like I’m out the bucks. I’d have never orders if I had known it was made in china!! Wish I’d used trustpilot first!!

I placed an order for Yeast Drops on December 31, 2025. The product took approximately one month to arrive. When I reviewed the tracking information during transit, it indicated that the shipment originated from Shanghai, China, which suggests that the product is manufactured there and explains the extended delivery time.
Upon learning this, I immediately contacted the company to request a return, as I have concerns regarding the validity of the manufacturing process and the quality of the ingredients. I was informed that I could return the product once it was received. After the product arrived, I contacted the company again to proceed with the return. At that point, I was asked to provide the reason for the return, which I did via email on January 30, 2026. To date, I have not received a response from Kivori.
Based on the information available, it appears that the product is manufactured in China and then shipped to a fulfillment or filling warehouse in Ontario, California, before being distributed throughout the United States. The country of origin is not disclosed on the website, which I believe should be clearly stated. While the company claims the product is manufactured in an FDA-approved laboratory, I am still in the process of verifying that information from my personal contact.
The product remains unopened and is in its original condition, with all original packaging and shipping labels intact.
Upon, checking the packaging, there is no laboratory name or address indicated on the labeling. If this was manufactured at a true FDA lab, in canine, veterinarian therapies, the FDA requires specific labeling to be legitimate. They list what should be "ingredients" as product facts.

I ordered the Yeast Drops for dog allergy relief, paid 180,85€, and after nearly a month waiting it appears that the courier lost the parcel days ago and Kivori don't even answer my emails (four, so far). Looks a scam to me, to be frank.

ordered the yeast drops for dog allergy relief, paid close to 100$ for 2 orders (one order for a friend) and HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET, but have gotten one email response saying "there was a problem with original courier which has now been resolved and you should receive your order within 5-7 days. That was 2 weeks ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give a negative I would. The product they sent me is not the one advertised. It is a cheap piece of plastic and when I sent them a complaint, they said it was instead of the original one because it is better. WTF and they would not refund my money because it was on sale ($39) Total scam, rip-off, don't buy anything from this place its wrong what they are getting away with, and I am not done with them yet my son is a lawyer and it is not about the money its about scamming people!!!!
