Hubo un error de online que no recibi mi mail de confirmación de billete de vuelo los angeles a madrid. Pero insistieron a buscar error y encontraron el pasaje. Apesar de mal entendimiento que hubo estoy muy agradecido de su responsabilidad que me ha mostrado y su diligencia para responderme .

Incompetant. Failed to email boarding passes on both outward bound and return flights despite numerous phone calls which meant that I had to do battle with Laudamotion airline at the airport. Apparently due to a ‘technical’ hitch which nobody could explain. The customer service people are not native English language speakers which means that you have to work hard to be understood. A surreal experience from start to finish. Please book directly with your chosen airline as this means you will meet less complexity should there be a problem. Avoid them.

Suite à mon premier avis négatif on s'est occupé de mon problème on à pris soin de me rappeler pour avoir plus de renseignements du coup j'ai obtenu un remboursement que je n'esperait plus .Merci encore à la personne qui m'a contacté

We are stil waiting for our new flight, which was delayed for 2 hours, and the just tell you to wait 2 more hours, just so they dont have to pay your stay at the hotel, and they will never give you the new flights! We have been waiting since 16:00 and now its almost 01:30! And they still keep saying wait for the other team to send you new informations..!

VERAMENTE INDIGNATA! Ho prenotato un volo con scalo alla andata e diretto al ritorno, da premettere che alla andata non mi hanno inviato i biglietti e ho dovuto pagare all aeroporto 120 euro! Adesso mi ritrovo nuovamente in questa situazione in quanto a 1 giorno dalla partenza non ho ne numero di prenotazione ne biglietto che dovevano inviare!assistenza telofinica assente!

Kiwi.com are an absolute disgrace. The shambolic Customer Service is appalling. Have sent to Head Office and no response. Ruined the first part of our holiday. They do not abide by their guarantee. They lie and pass the blame with absolute no resolution and pure difficulty. 4 months on and have not even issued an apology by the way I have been treated. Have no other option but to take them to court.

Я решила помочь знакомым с билетами, нашла варианты через Киви Нижнекамск-Москва-Симферополь-Симферополь-Сочи-Нижнекамск, Забронировали и оплатили билеты сразу бронь 7065070 оформлена и оплачена в 12.15 дня, время уже 23.20 до сих пор нет подтверждения и в статуте обработки, вылет завтра, что делать, дозвониться невозможно, на письма нет ответа, деньги сняты с моей карты, в итоге меня знакомые теребят по билетам, я 100 раз уже пожалела что решила помочь!

Thank you to the Trustpilot whom we had on the phone for the past 1/2h who found the way to obtain our boarding passes before on time - He was very polite and efficient. Did not note the name but he will recognize himself : Booking 4818720 and 4822663 Fuerteventura to Orly.

EXCELLANT SERVICE! I requested a name change and the telephone operator by the name of Thilosh was very helpfull and extremely polite. It was done hassle free with no extra charges unlike other airlines. Will definitly book via kiwi.com again. THANK-YOU THILOSH!

Во-первых - это единственная компания, где предложение на сайте соответствовало действительности и по цене, и по рейсу. Во-вторых, отношение менеджера приятно радовало. У нас произошла нестандартная ситуация. У одного из сотрудника нашей компании украли паспорт перед самым отлетом, и авиакомпания отказалась пропускать пассажира без документа с фотографией, но менеджер Алена и компания Kiwi помогли нам решить этот вопрос с авиакомпанией. Все прилетели – все довольны. И мы считаем своим долгом поблагодарить Алену за то, что не осталась равнодушной и помогла нам. Большое спасибо!

Уже не в первый раз пользуюсь услугами Kiwi и отлично летаю. При появлении любых вопросов не стесняюсь звонить на горячую линию и задавать их. Благодарю за помощь консультанта Алену Коваль, которая не в первый раз отвечает на мои вопросы и пожелания касаемо перелета. Всегда все очень информативно и быстро, а главное вежливо, и что не менее важно - искренне. Одним словом, приятно сотрудничать с Киви. Хочется летать с вами все больше и больше!
