Taking this course has ensured I can speak with confidence with regards to sustainable travel. The course is broken down into segments, and you can set yourself a timeline to ensure that you stick to the programme. Wow! I was blown away!

I thought I knew a lot about elephant tourism, but I learned so much. The information Kerri gave was eye-opening, and is precisely why every travel professional needs to see this webinar, learn from it, act on it, and then sign up for future Kiwano webinars.

The Borana webinar was awesome! It was great to hear about the wonderful things Borana is doing in the world of sustainability and it is great to have this gem up my sleeve for my honeymooners and families that want something very special. Learning about what makes them such a beacon of light in the sustainability field was fantastic. Eloise was so passionate about what they offer, I could have listened to her speak all day!

The Sustainability Masterclass by Rebecca at Kiwano was so informative and I thoroughly enjoyed working my way through it.

The course covered a wide breadth of information covering a range of topics and I learned so much and have developed my knowledge and understanding when it comes to sustainable and responsible travel. I thought I knew a lot but the course really opened my eyes as well as allowed me time to apply the learning to my business - what I sell and how I sell it.

If I have learnt anything this year, it is that not knowing it all is key to a) running a business and b) running a business focusing on sustainable travel!

Not knowing it all but trying your best to work on things is SO much better than burying your head in the sand and trying to ignore the inevitable (and much needed!) change in the tourism industry.

A lot of people talk about how great this masterclass is and that's true, totally true. But for me, it has made learning about Sustainable Travel more fun and accessible and made me more excited about this industry and talking to my clients about it. In a world of carbon measurement, scary headlines and doom and gloom, it is so good to feel empowered to be able to make change in your own small way

I really enjoyed Rebecca's masterclass. I thought I already knew a bit about sustainable travel - and that surely helped, but learning about so much more than "take the train" (which is my thing anyway), how unbalanced tourism can affect a region and community, how my business can align better with certain criteria (and what kind of suppliers I'd rather not work with going forward) - it was truly eye-opening.
The bite-sized lessons within the chapters and frequent pauses to write down thoughts/ideas or test our potential knowledge and the case studies were very well thought out and educational.

Rebecca has created a fantastic Sustainable Travel Masterclass.
I went into the course with very little knowledge on sustainable travel, the masterclass is very well structured and Rebecca explains things in a way that is easy to digest.
One of the best online learnings I have done, it's sparked a passion and Rebecca has given me a toolkit to be able to go out and be a force for good in the travel industry!

Rebecca, the force behind Kiwano, says it like it is. She is not afraid to stand up for the values and principals she and the business stand for. Conversations don't skirt around the issues, but poke and prod to understand the underlying factors. As an independent business owner being able to use Rebecca as a sounding board and Kiwano as exposure to likeminded travelers and agents is a valuable addition to our network.

The masterclass is really well put together, with a logical structure and transparency throughout to help you manage your study time (vital as most participants will no doubt also be working). The content is fabulous and, as a former Geography graduate, I particularly enjoyed the case studies shared and inspirational stories showcased.

Ultimately the course has really pushed me back on track with where I want to take my independent travel business. I feel more empowered to share my learnings and thoughts on responsible travel and guide clients to make great travel choices. Thank you once again!
