I bought a lovely dress from here and absolutely love it! I spoke with Emily from customer service and she was extremely helpful and friendly. A lovely brand will definitely be buying from them again!

Owed £64.99 for a chunky knit latte cardigan that has never arrived and they say Evri is to blame. Now ‘ghosted’ and my request of a refund ignored!! Been a month nearly and 1 response.

Do not purchase from this company .

If you are unsure about an item and plan to try it on with the intention of returning it if it's not suitable, do not order from this website. The items look nothing like what was shown on the website, quality is awful and there is a funny smell to the clothes.

They refused my return due to a mark from trying the item on, something that I have never experienced with any other online retailer or in-store service. I strongly recommend ordering from a more reputable site.

When I emailed their customer service team, they asked me not to write a review 'bashing' their small business, despite offering a very poor resolution to the issue.

Poor quality clothing that is cheaply made and not worth the money

Horrible clothes - smelt gross taking them out of the bags so knew they were horrible quality.
The knit wear started unravelling after one wear and the seams are coming apart on another jumper after maybe 3 wears.
I have been trying to email to get a refund but no response. Also tried Instagram and nothing from there either.
Horrible company just flogging cheap clothes for about ten times as much as they should be

Received more orders from kiwi and the tops are so comfortable, I have been buying from Kiwi for some time now, always on time and amazing service!

Just received my order from Kiwi&Co and I absolutely love my items! Evri took long to deliver my parcel but I emailed the customer service team and spoke to Emily who reassured me and pushed my delivery along - so helpful!! Cant wait to buy more xx

I do love my chunky jumper from Kiwi and Co!! Luckily, I am quite short, so this sweater fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend for the 5’0’’ to 5’3’’ girlies! Another positive point is that the sweater looks exactly like, or even better than the pictures! It didn’t take too long to arrive, approximately 8 days. However the taxes were a little pricey, and the sweater itself was too. Also, it says ‘’Hand knitted with love’’ but on the tag, it says ‘’Made in China’’, so that doesn’t really make sense. But overall, I would still recommend this brand !

Very miss leading company who you get the impression the knitwear is made in the uk. They are not as you can buy the same items on Temu for a fraction of the cost. The cardigan I received was very badly finished and of poor quality. Labels inside the garment said quite clearly made in China. Putting your label on the product does not improve it, not when the quality is so poor. This company is not what they say they are and items are being sold at an over inflated price. Thankfully I managed to get a refund. Think twice before ordering from this company.

Check out Shein as the bubble cardigans are being sold for £16.80. Don’t pay Kiwi & Co prices as very over priced.

Poor customer service, had no correspondence to an email i submitted or update on delivery. Item is overpriced and ordered the exact item from Shein at a quarter of the price. Do not waste your money on this poor service. 👎🏻

I really like my cardigan from Kiwi & Co. I ordered a jumper as well but unfortunately it didn't suit me. I asked to return and was told they could only provide a credit note which lasted 6 months. They kindly extended this for me when I forgot to use it within six months. Emily in customer service was very helpful and I appreciated her quick response over the Christmas period.
My only negatives would be not having the option to refund, and the quality isn't as good as the price would suggest. But I don't mind supporting a smaller company like this one and overall I have been impressed with my items and I have had plenty of wear from the cardigan.

My order took a little while longer to arrive than expected, with part of the order arriving a week after the other. However, Emily was fantastic at providing reassurance and answering any questions that I had. I cannot find a single fault in the customer service I received. Will definitely be purchasing from Kiwi & Co again xx 🥝

I was a little concerned an order I had placed had not been dispatched I emailed the company and got a swift reply from Emily telling me it had and gave me the tracking number and today my order was delivered thank you so much Emily went above and beyond

Bought two jumpers from them, loved them so much I bought a cardigan before the end of the week. Absolutely love them, fabulous chunky knit, I’m a size 10 and I love the fit on me, about waist length and oversized. I’m always apprehensive buying from stores I’ve found on Instagram etc but this was a great one. Lots of emails re delivery (which was really quick). Nicely packaged, just couldn’t have been happier with my purchases. I have a feeling I’ll be buying many more!!

Love their stuff. Bought my first cardigan with them and so happy. Great quality, wool is lovely and soft and item exactly like the pictures. Hand made and the fact they are not mass produced makes their clothing a wonderful addition to any wardrobe.

Ordered 2 jumpers 5vweeks ago still no delivery

Outstanding and geniunley responsive customer service. When an issue arose they dealt with it promptly and professionally.

These cardigans are way overpriced. They look lovely on the pictures but in real life when it arrived it was horrible and not worth half the price. Quality is rubbish it just looked like a big mass of wool. No style to it and colours were horrid.

Also be weary as they charge you £4 to return and it’s really not worth it. I had no issues with their service or refund time that was all good but I hate places that charge to return and this cardigan was just awful.

I made two separate purchases from Kiwi. First time I bought one of the cardigans which I fell in love with, and then bought another colour which seemed to be smaller size. I reached out to customer support and had a great experience - Emily was very helpful, she asked for pictures and offered advice and/or exchange. I decided to keep my cardi as it will definitely loosen up a bit. I’m sure I’ll be coming back to get it in another colour 🫣👀
