Sent the wrong colour. The wool is bad quality, the stitching is gappy uneven and loose. The cardigan is not at all worth £60, it looks like a child made it. It took forever to arrive. It is obvious that no care has gone into this order at all, please do not buy from this shop. It is knitted so badly and the cardigan looks atrocious. Nothing like the pictures. Very bad quality

Absolutely amazing company. Love the care that is taken in how the items are packed. The quality of the clothing is outstanding. The customer care and service is excellent. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

The best company ever! Clothes are great quality, the girls at kiwi are so lovely and do the best lives. Always amazing deals and giveaways, super easy returns and refunds if needed! If anyone needs an outfit I recommended kiwi to them first! The 12 hour live was so fun for everyone to watch and participate. Thank you so much for all my stuff girls love it all.

Totally unprofessional!
I ordered a skirt size S ( 6) and they sent me an M, saying the skirt has a stretchy waist and it should be fine.
As a note, on their website they sell it on sizes S, M, L and they have a size chart where S is for size 6 and 8 and M is for sizes 10 and 12.
Very disappointed! please avoid.

Dreadful returns policy. Cannot return for money, only exchange or credit note that lasts for 6 months.

Have had my credit note for 6 months in the hope something will come up that I like, as sizing is terrible cannot order any more dresses as based off first order it would be a waste of my time. Cardigans are one size fits all, doubt that will fit either but seeing as they have very little stock and never update it I’ve had no choice but to spend £63 on a cheap cardi or lose it all together.

Quality of items is very poor, sizing is off. Wouldn’t bother if you’re a size 12 or upwards.

The size range of this brand is absolutely terrible! Size 16 just about fits a size 12. Horrible customer service too. I hope they get banned.

This company's return policy must be unlawful but they get round it by telling you in advance in very small print. The dresses were awful, really expensive and now stuck with them. Truly awful company. Please don't go anywhere near them until they change their return policy.

1st issue: I wasn’t happy with 2 out of 4 items, and asked to return, I was told that they don’t issue refunds, only exchanges. This isn’t acceptable as we’re unable to view items in person until they’re delivered. 2nd issue: one of the cardigans that I ordered is now all shabby/fluffy compared to when it was delivered. It now looks cheap and worn after wearing just a handful of times. It has been washed by hand once as per the care label. I have since had another cardigan shipped out, and I’ve been asked to return the faulty one, no label provided for return, I need to request the refund for shipping.

I wouldn’t recommend buying from this brand at all. I received a shipping confirmation on the 19th of May with tracking details for Evri, which never updated. After 10 days of waiting, I emailed customer service who then sent me tracking for Royal Mail instead. They had originally lied about the shipment date and they didn’t ship until the 24th. I then received my parcel 16 days after purchasing. The quality of the products were shocking. It feels like they were posted from Temu or Shein, but I paid 5X more for the product. You can’t return the products for a refund either. It’s all just bit of a scam to be honest. Customer service stopped replying to my emails.

I ordered two of their cardigans and the design is nice but the quality is shocking- these are not warm cosy cardigans, I have better from H&M and Primark. They market their cardigans as one size fits all but this isn’t true. One of the cardigans was fine and the other was absolutely tiny- I’m 5’6 and a size 10 but the sleeves were way too short. I asked them to exchange for a larger size and then spent the next 3 weeks sending emails back and forth until the issue was resolved. Weighing up quality and price, their products really are extortionate. I would return if I could but they only offer store credit.

Never buy from this brand! They are a scam and after reading numerous reviews on here and social media about them never giving back refunds for returned items is something I wished I had read about before! I pre-ordered a cardigan from them and wanted to cancel this order but they stated it was not possible and I could return it for a full refund when it arrived. After it had arrived I struggled to find any kind of returns information on their website which lacked any insight at all into a return, I was hoping for a returns portal or something a bit more clear! I wanted to send the parcel back straight away and as they were taking days to email back to me with the returns information I found there was a returns address on the parcel they had sent me, I assumed this would obviously be the right address like any clothing company would surely have the correct returns address linking to them on the parcel sent to the customer right? I made sure I photographed my parcel before it was sent back and took a photo of the proof of postage as well. I emailed them straight away with the POP and explained I had not heard back from them so just used the returns addressed on the parcel they had sent. They then emailed me a completely different returns address stating the one I had sent it to was wrong and the address has nothing to do with their company, I knew something was not right here. I found their company information online and a mobile number I called which was the woman of the brands mobile phone number, she told me to Whatsapp her my order number so she could look it up and said she was on her way to Manchester so did not really give me the time of day. She said this has never happened before and that I should contact Royal Mail to claim for the parcel and she would too, obviously she did not. The max I could get from RM anyway is £20 and seeing as the cardigan alone was worth over £60 it was frustrating, I searched the address I sent it to online to hopefully find out a contact number or something for the place it had been received at but could not find any company registered at this building and the address was not easily located on maps either. The owner of the brand states their own office is in Scotland, Glasgow which I do not buy her story. After reading all of the reviews on here I am shocked at how this is allowed to happen and urge everyone to report to customer trading standards about her company as this can not go on!
