Mon transfert c'est trÚs bien passé. Le chauffeur était trÚs aimable et courtois. La voiture était propre et confortable. Le chauffeur avait un petit retard de 5 minutes, ce qui n'est pas trop grave. Toutefois, nous avons dû faire un arrêt pour le plein d'essence ce qui a mon avis aurait dû être fait avant qu'il vienne nous chercher.

Absolutly perfect! I was travelling from Luxemburg city to Frankfurt and did a lot of research. Kiwi quoted half the price of all other company's I found.. I really wanted to give 5 stars .. I was in Dubai attending a concert in Abu Dhabi Eitehad Arena . We used the service to and back after the concert and to the airport from our hotel. Clean comfortable cars , punctual and very reliable. The reason of giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the driver after the concert waited in a some street about 800 meters away, weather is hot and humid and you do not really want to walk all this for no reason, did not understand why he did not park at the car park and waited for us with a sign at the tunnel exit after the concert. What if we had somebody with disability or poor health. This has to be said coz the company itself is extremely good and this s an individual mistake but he shd be rebuked by the company.
