Our experience with Kiwitaxi was outstanding. The service was on time, and the driver was exceptionally attentiveâparticularly meaningful after the poor airport taxi experience we encountered upon arriving in Athens.

I booked a transfer from my hotel in Istanbul to IST Airport. The driver arrived on time, helped with my luggage, and got me to the airport safely and comfortably. The car was clean and air-conditioned, and the driver even offered me a bottle of water, which was nice. Thank you, Kiwitaxi!

Ordered an airport transfer 12hrs in advance, been confirmed via customer service email, only to get a cancellation via email while being mid-flight. So on the arrival to the airport in the middle of the night we only then find out that they "could not find a driver to pick us up"! Shambles not a reputable company! Avoid.

We are truly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this situation caused, especially after a long flight and arriving late at night. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely apologise.
Your booking was made as an urgent request, less than 16 hours before the scheduled transfer. For bookings placed within this timeframe, we immediately begin searching for an available driver, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will always be secured on such short notice.
Shortly after your booking was placed, you received an email explaining that we were actively looking for a driver and that, if we were unable to confirm the transfer, we would notify you immediately and release your payment. Unfortunately, despite our team's efforts, we were unable to find an available driver, and the system automatically cancelled the booking approximately one hour before the scheduled pick-up, with a notification sent accordingly.
We completely understand that this was not the experience you were hoping for, and we deeply regret letting you down. Situations like this are rare, but when a request is made at very short notice, driver availability can sometimes be limited, particularly during busy periods or overnight hours.

Didnât provide me the service since my train was delayed by 30 minutes. Didnât issued a refund even though I paid extra cancellation insurance. I texted the driver while on the train and he simply replied he will not wait. I immediately tried to cancel in the app to get a refund, the app allowed this and incorrectly informed me that the refund was on its way. After more than a week a customer service representative informed me that I would not get a refund, since my voucher said they only waited 15 minutes. Trains in Europe are very often late more than 20 minutes. Who is this service even for?

Fantastic service, super reliable and trustworthy. Driver was there ready to pick my family and I up from the airport, helped us with our bags, and took us to our villa. On our return trip, the driver arrived exactly on time, and again was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I was traveling on my own with our 10 month old to Malaga and wanted reassurance I had a pre paid taxi, with the appropriate car seat in. I was so relieved that the communication was so clear and the drivers were where they said they would be, on time (even with our flight delay) with the correct car seat.
On both legs of our journey the drivers were friendly and helpful.
Finally a reliable service from the airport, we will definitely use them again!
