Super easy, used multiple times and always efficient!

Used Klarity for recent trip to Lanzarote, test was easy to complete and got results certificates back within 10 mins, will definitely use Klarity for any future trips where tests are required

Ordered two LF tests for use as day 2 tests on our return from Austria. They arrived promptly and the kits & the app were easy to use. The only problem was mixing up the two tests - the test number I entered in my passenger locator form was the test my wife used and visa versa. I only discovered this when the test certificates arrived. Test results arrive within an hour.

Speedy service - lateral flow certificate received within 1 hour.

Very fast - test kit arrived within 3 days. I uploaded my results and had my certificate within 30 minutes! Will definitely use again.

Bought 2 Lateral Flow tests, originally for pre-departure, but then used them as Day 2 tests as the rules had changed. Results uploaded OK and we got confirmation back via email within 2 hours.

Bought two tests before we went away, they arrived the day before we flew all good there. When we Filled in our PLF for our return the test reference numbers don't work 😡 contact phone number doesn't work and I'm still waiting for a reply to my email- we arrived home two days ago. We had to buy a second set of tests so we could come home so we're now out of pocket

Ordered self test kit and it Arrived on time. Very clear instructions how to do a test and how to submitt information related to self testing kit. Results were back within half an hour l. Would use it in the future!

Excellent.Two day LFT Covid tests very simple to use as is logging in and recording the test results. Certificates came back promptly within a very short time (half hour or less). Very impressed and we would use again and highly recommend. Thank you for your efficiency and promptness

Ordered Day 2 tests late Friday (for our very last minute holiday) and they arrived by courier on Sunday! Easy to use app, clear instructions, and certificate arrived promptly by email. Stress free, would recommend.

Originally bought antigen tests to take away as UK pre-departure tests but instead used them as day 2 arrival tests.
Process for doing the test and getting results was simple with a certificate response within an hour.
The app worked well.

Took a Antigen Rapid Test to meet the Day2 lateral test requirement in force in the UK. The process is straightforward particularly if you are familiar with the NHS tests. Followed the tutorial in the Klarity app which includes the 15 minute timer. Photographed the test, answered a few questions and the certificate came through in minutes. Very impressed.

First time that I have used Klarity. My first contact with them was when I sent an email to customer support on boxing day asking some questions about the different tests. I received a detailed and friendly personal response in less than half an hour. I bought the tests as o was impressed with the customer support. I installed the app and watched the video on what to so. We performed the tests a day or so ago and use the app to upload the information needed. Certificates were back in the app about 15 minutes later. I am really impressed with the service and I will certainly use Klarity again if I need Covid tests to travel. Thank you very much indeed.

Really disappointed with this 'service'. Ordered the basic+ test whilst overseas in the States, and couldn't see an option to upload a COVID-19 test. Contacted customer services and had no response, so spent time frantically trying to get a test done in New York to fly home, which was stressful.

Have since contacted Klarity twice via email and have still had no response. Would not recommend!!

A very distressing experience with this company.
We paid extra for an on-line appointment with a clinician and confirmed during the appointment that we were both negative. However, the clinician forwarded the wrong certificate for one of us, ie. "inconclusive".
Sheer panic ensued for 45 minutes, in which we tried to contact Klarity and then TUI, who were helpful but advised that if we were still unable to make contact, we should book another test. We were just about to do this when the correct certificate came through. The experience spoiled our last day and definitely marred our holiday.
Klarity point blank refused to give a refund, first saying that the clinician had sent the correct certificate through "within a few minutes" and later when challenged, saying that it had been sent through within 60 minutes. Very poor experience and will not use this company again.

We ordered a rapidtest at the 26th of Dec. I get that there were Holidays in between but the website specifically said that they were still sending in between those days. Still has not arrived till now.

Never again!

This was the first time we had used Klarity for our pre-departure to UK flight. We had brought the Basic Antigen lateral flow tests we bought from Klarity to Greece, and took our tests there before our return. We uploaded the photo of our results on the Klarity app and within 15 minutes, we received our certificates in PDF form through email. Customer service through email has also been fantastic - thanks to Julia who answered my questions so promptly. We will continue to use this company for all our travel-required-tests if they maintain the standard of their excellent service.

This company is awful!! You’re so quick to take my money but won’t respond to any emails and your number on the site does not work.
I have sent my test off and had no response within 24 hours!!!!!
I have already emailed yourselves twice and still no response.
What a complete waste of time and money!!!
