I have done the test and receive the QR Code.
I wanted to use for flying with Lufthansa from Spain to Germany.
QR code provided is invalid.

Efficient service and sorted out a problem of my making quickly and politely. Would definitely use again.

Tests arrived promptly. Ordered five days prior to departure. Order was for two day 2 tests, for my wife and myself. Day after return queried fact that app registration was in my name and whether I could do my wife's using my app. Maria at Klarity was very quick to respond to my email, confirming that hers could be done using my app. Found procedure very easy. Video was very helpful. Certficate issued promptly.

Dreading covid forms but this was easy and relatively quick to fill in.

Straight forward and easy transaction doing the day 2 test. Certificate was produced within half hour 😊

The internet went down when abroad so I was on the phone and managed to make a complete mess of everything and then when I got home managed to mess up the test as well! But they were great and sorted it all out qujicklyand efficiently.

Unable to apply for Day 2 Test on Klarity website. Couldn't get through checkout as it kept saying 'Please read terms and conditions to continue with order'. Did this many times to no avail. I downloaded app to try it from my phone. When going to select the required vaccine the Covid tests were not listed? Gave up, going with another provider.

Really easy service to use. Explains everything in the app. Step by step guide. I used for day 2 and results came back within 30 minutes.
Definitely use them again next time.

All worked well and test process and sending of results was straightforward.

As a new experience it took a while to complete the steps but no issues experienced.

The test pack received was missing the test tube, luckily I had a spare one from the free covid test pack from the NHS. Also noticed, my birthday was entered wrong on my test certificate, which if checked by my passport, would be void. Will use a different service next time

What I can say?
I have saved a lot of money with this company. Always a great service. Always they reply my emails. When I saw the reviews, a few months ago, most of them were really bad. I hesitated for a few months to use them but in September l did a try and I just can say at this moment they are one of the best. And I have tried a lot of them. Thank you Klarity!

No contact number total confused as on return what to do. Lost a whole day if holiday trying to find number to put in UK location form.

Very straight forward and the certificate was issued quite quickly. The only down side was the instructions are very small, but the video was really good.

Worked very well on a recent trip to France. Personally had no problems at all so it’s 5 stars from me. My Brother in Laws worked seamlessly too.

However, a word of caution, several others on the trip did have issues with uploading their videos and receiving their certificates.

We recently had a problem accessing the reference number to enter onto our Passenger Locator Form. We e-mailed Klarity, and received a very prompt response from Ritz, providing us with a few suggestions as to what the problem was. They helped us resolve the problem following a few e-mails, and all ended up well. We cannot thank Ritz enough for the brilliant customer service.
