Beware of the VERY short 1-month expiry date in tiny print.

I could only use once every 2 days as it made my skin very dry. That meant that the last 2 weeks I was using it it was past it's sell by date. They only pointed that out after a year of postponing my next order for a month

I have suffered with perioral dermatitis and mild acne for years and ruined my micro biome / skin barrier treating the wrong skin issues
Antibiotics were great but slowly the blisters came back and my gut was destroyed
Cue Klira - I was given a ultra sensitive blend to calm my skin for two months which was amazing and now introducing a very small amount of tretinoin which I was nervous about due my PD
My skin is still adjusting but it’s practically clear, super smooth and actually starting glow.

I definitely need a good moisturiser at night with the addition of tretinoin but my routine is simple and it seems to be working
La Roche Posay Tolleraine range and a LED mask seem to be a magic combo

Fantastic product and exceptional customer service!

Extremely disappointed with this product. Sent images and explained I suffered with excema and in the images I sent I had excema around my eyes and mouth. I received my prescription and it had tretinoin in it to my surprise. I contacted klira with my concerns and was told first off how they didn’t see my excema in the images and then that tretinoin can be used if you have excema. I cancelled my prescription as I thought if these guys were actually dermatologists they would have definitely noticed my excema I had also added in writing I had excema. I tried the formula and my skin is on fire - burning and stinging like crazy. They have offered an alternative formula but I won’t be using it. They clearly have no idea what they are at.

I went to see a supposedly reputable dermatologist at Wellbeck Clinic London for an entirely different matter.

Rather than dealing with what I came to her for, she was more interested in flogging Klira products that had been designed by her colleague!! She said that my skin was dry, even though I explained to her that this is common when it's particularly cold as it was that week.

She wanted to go through my skincare routine and advised me not to use soap or toner and recommended to use low cost products that were ideal for sensitive skin. I had advised her that I am extremely allergic to retinol, she assured me that the Klira formula that she was prescribing to me did not have retinol in it (it turns out that the product she prescribed for me contained Trteinoin which is a derivative of retinol and is only suitable for people with severe acne which I do not and never had.

I followed her skincare instructions to the letter religiously and when my Klira product arrived 6 days later I started using it as prescribed. Within 9 days I stopped using the product as I had developed severe eczema across my forehead, between my eyes, my cheeks and part of my chin, it has been oozing in some parts. It is not only uncomfortable but sensitive and painful with burning sensation. On contacting my dermatologist encouraged me to continue using it, I refused and asked her to cancel my prescription.

I have now developed photosensitivity which I have never had before, which has been confirmed by my regular Doctor and they have confirmed this is due to this product. On reaching out to my dermatologist she refuses to accept this and insists I haven't been following her recommendations.

Please anyone reading this DO NOT USE THESE products, still after having stopped my face is painfully, burning, red with first and second degree burns across my face (I have never had sunburn or been burnt on my face before in my life). I am now on steroids attending regular appointments with my doctor.

This product a marketing product and not much else in my opinion, if you respect yourself and your skin don't use it.

I did a subscription for Klira Dayscript and the Special. Here is my experience: information is misleading although it says you don't need any other products you do still need a cleanser and moisturizer and the Special does make your skin very dry. You also are then limited to cheap brands you can use that won't react with their product. When they changed my subscription formula my skin really reacted badly to the new formula and although I followed their advice to space out the usage and put vaseline on top of my face, it did not stop the stinging and rash and I then could not use anything else including their own Dayscript. I asked to have the solution changed to original which they said they will do in my next bottle but I now have a whole bottle I can't use. I would recommend this brand as a result.

Terrible. Dealt with redness and flakiness since the day I started it and after months of this and raising concerns they keep telling you to keep going, it will settle. No one bothers to see your skin or reaction though, they just want your money. Finally decided I’m coming off it but then it triggered perioral dermatitis. My skin was totally fine before but marketing persuaded me to try Klira. Long will I regret it!! Don’t do it

I had only been using my Klira products for three weeks when laundry softener gave me a huge allergic reaction. (Think Chunk's buddy from the Goonies. 😬)
I got in contact with Klira support because I wasn't too sure what to do with the day/nightscript.
As the reaction had started off fairly mildly I thought I might still be able to use it but wanted expert advice.
Anyway, after a week of increasingly severe symptoms the docs gave me a high dose of steroids to stop the reaction.
During all of this, and onwards I have had the pleasure of being in contact with Jesal.
Jesal recommended what to use to restore my skin barrier, delayed my next klira products while my skin was recovering and is managing reintroducing the klira day/night scripts. She is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and has responded at length to all of my hideous selfie emails!

I have just joined Klira and I am impressed. The website is informative and clear. I had an issue with the pump dispensing the cream and emailed support. I was directed to the website which explained how to fit the product in the pump. I asked a question about the application of the cream around the eye and was given a clear and simple answer. I was encouraged to ask for more help if I needed any. My problem with the pump is resolved and I am clear how to apply the cream and where. I feel well supported. I am now waiting to see if there are improvements with my skin.

too would have wrote a positive review if in the first 6 months, but I waited. My skin looked great but 6 months in I developed dermatitis and melobian gland function. Mgd is irreversible and has significantly reduced my quality of life. They will tell you it’s not because of Klira but I have done a lot of research and spoken to several optometrists who disagree. No where is this mentioned on the side effect. I wanted to pursue legal action but unfortunately it came down to knowing Klira have deeper pockets than me so all I can do is hope someone reads this.

Ive been using the klira night cream for 9 months and absolutely love it. Any questions or concerns have been answered promptly and professional.

I have been using the day script for a month and I love it! I think both creams might seem pricey but they really work for my skin. Im skinsize 10.
I had been using la rochey 50+suncream but the day script is alot lighter and my skin glows.
I really like the fact I dont need to wprry about running out of both creams are on subscription. I work outdoors and it really does protect my skin!!

Having suffered with sensitive skin and Rosacea for as long as I can remember, I felt I’d tried every skincare product on the market (and spent a small fortune doing so!). I've been using Klira for just over a year now. The difference in my skin is incredible. I look younger and feel a lot better about myself. This product is a treatment, so you need to use it regularly and follow the advice from the derm team’s medical pros. They’re always happy to help with any concerns I have, offering video chats and even sending me instructions while I send pictures of my skin so they can see exactly what's going on. The customer service team is fantastic. I think they’re a small group because I usually talk to the same few people, and they always go that extra mile. This brand is amazing — considering it’s a startup and has only been around for a couple of years, they’re truly remarkable. If you're after better skin, there’s no other brand that compares.
