Everything great except for the shipping, almost 3 weeks to arrive the package.

Site easy to use with helpful description of the various houses. I received 4 recently flying from Amsterdam to Shanghai and I was interested in increasing my number by 2. The item took about 1 week to arrived with me. I thought the cost of posting was expensive - dearer than the house, plus the fact that I live in the EU. Otherwise I am very satisfied with my purchase.

In general good, but the order did not arrive in the specified time. They mentioned, an incorrect address in the first attempt to deliver, but the address was correct.

Easy to order, quality product, delivered in good condition.

Huge choice and high quality. All KLM houses are available and they are in perfect shape.

I just bought house number 105 to complete my collection. Unfortunately, useless FedEx have lost this item with no one offering me any help or update. Hopefully it will arrive soon. 🤞
KLM houses.com are an excellent company that communicates well and also sent the item out very quickly. I bought quite alot of houses from them last year.

Efficient delivery on time

My KLM house was delivered in perfect condition, exactly on time,

The house was exactly what I was after, perfect condition and still sealed. It took time to arrive as it came from Holland. Sadly, there is a slight down side in that the postal cost was outrageous at Euro 35, especially as the house only cost Euro 20. But that said I could not find house # 41 anywhere else, so in the end I am happy. Thanks.
