KMC were quick and efficient throughout our move. We used KMC for both our sale and purchase, which made the whole process so smooth. Our conveyancer Jade went so far as picking her emails up on her annual leave to make sure our purchase went through on time. Huge thanks to KMC for a stress free move, we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After a slow start with our previous conveyancer, Suzanne of KMC Legal took over.
Suzanne was quick and efficient but never too busy to answer our queries in layman's terms for us. It quite suddenly got turned around quickly in a matter of weeks.

As a first-time buyer, my purchase got off to quite a rocky start due to the vendor becoming unwell, followed by the unexpected need for probate. Despite the challenges, Saika went above and beyond to keep everything moving as quickly as possible.

Kirsty, was extremely responsive to any questions / queries and proceed efficiently and effectively throughout the transaction.

It was a painful experience buying and selling. It took us a year all in, and the final 2 weeks were pure hell with the chain nearly collapsing. Kirsty Hudson was the 3rd conveyancer we had with KMC for various reasons, and she ended up being an absolute life saver.
