This is the second time I've used KMC, once for a stand alone sale, the second for a purchase. Dean McAfee handled my case and was excellent. He is incredibly thorough, and made sure I was appraised of any issues and explained things without jargon. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend your services to family and friends and will be returning myself if I ever decide to move.

Selling my dad’s house as he’s moved into a care home. Joanna and her team were fantastic throughout the process. Communication was very good - phone calls and emails were answered and replied to quickly. The portal KMC use is also a great way to see where your case is up to. Would highly recommend

After a very rocky start with the firm with two of my assigned solicitors taking a long leave of absence, and nobody seeing to my matter in the meantime, Kieran really stepped up and got things moving. I had previously been told our completion date wasn't achievable but he got everything turned around in a week and a half. I think we would have lost our sale if it hadn't been for him. My experience with KMCLegal was good but not perfect. There was some early confusion about which address to use for paperwork and some items had to be sent twice. Once the actual conveyancing started Kirsty Hudson was very good and answered all questions and supplied all assistance without any delays or problems. Very happy with the end result.

Couldn't recommend KMC legal enough, they were thorough and communication was great throughout the whole process. Moving house is stressful, but Saika made the process as easy as possible. 5/5.

Kirsty Hudson was our solicitor for our purchase of buying our first home. She was absolutely fantastic! Any questions, which there was a lot of them, were answered - quickly too! I went with these solicitors after a recommendation by my mortage advisor. I would seriously avoid. Multiple inaccuracies in paperwork, no explanation of the house buying process and an extra 50% added to the overall bill without my consent or knowledge. Completely understand that there are always additional charges, but to not be made aware of them until you receive the bill is unacceptable. When trying to dispute these charges it came across as me being inconvenient to them. After spending hours re reading through paperwork, highlighting mistakes and paying an additional 50% extra during one of the most stressful times of my life,I wish i had done more research into this company. There only saving grace was that they were relatively quick at getting things done. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

After having sold previous properties with numerous solicitors over the years and experiencing a less than satisfactory service I can honestly kmc legal have been brilliant.every communication was replied to with the same working day by Kirsty Hudson who also gave a honest and direct reply. Something that seems to be sadly missing in these modern times . Im due to be purchasing some properties soon and will definitely be contacting kmc and Kirsty soon .

Worst conveyancing firm I have ever used to buy a property. They were incompetent (made mistakes), unprofessional (not replying to emails) and have caused me a great deal of unnecessary anxiety when buying a property. Definitely not recommended.

First time buyers . Very straight forward from begining to end. Saika kept us updated through out, was very efficient and provided advise and reassurance through the whole process.
