It was ok, but no feedback on a two thousand seven hundred euro purchase that got delayed more than three months, and when I finally asked about it I received a dry comment: " they need to make them before we can deliver.."
I have been told german people are harsh and empathy is low, there is too much work and no time left for the hardest working man in rhe audio industry.. but still, giving some more attention and details on the situation to the waiting client would be welcomed and polite.
... so I ordered and payed on the 30 December, asked for some information on the 22nd January, you were at NAB till the 28th and said would reply as soon as possible, waited one more month without any news and decided to ask again on the 20th February, and if you need the exact wording of your reply it was " I know you are waiting, I am waiting as well ☹
Pulse has to finish building them.".
Slick move defending the german clients, how very british of you.

However, with certain products—particularly those from boutique manufacturers—availability is uncertain, and we are reliant on the information they provide us. In some cases, that information is delayed or even unavailable for extended periods, despite our repeated efforts to obtain updates.
To clarify, your order was for a product that was not in stock, as indicated by the “Contact for Availability” note on the product page. This means that lead times are not predefined, and we actively follow up with the manufacturer to get updates as soon as they become available. We did reach out multiple times and provided you with every update we received. While the responses may not have been as detailed as you hoped, we want to assure you that you were never ignored or left without assistance.
Regarding the phrase “they need to make them before we can deliver”, I reviewed our emails and didn’t find this wording. Instead, our team expressed understanding and confirmed ongoing efforts to get more details for you.
Lastly, I was disappointed to see the generalization about German people included in your review. Not only is it an unnecessary remark, but it is also inaccurate in the context of your experience with KMR, as none of the team members you dealt with were German. We pride ourselves on treating all customers with professionalism and respect, regardless of background.

Es war alles tip top und super schnell
Es war alles tip top und super schnell, nur gab es einen Haken.
Ich habe ein plugin von waves erworben und es gab Probleme bei der Lizenz.
Ich habe mich mich bei waves central angemeldet konnte es dort installieren, aber nicht lizenzierten.
Habe es wirklich eine lange Zeit probiert es hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe dann recherchiert und dann herausgefunden das man bei Waves Central nur lizenzierten kann, wenn man direkt bei Waves ein Produkt kauft. Wenn es über einen Drittanbieter erworben wird muss man dies über die Website von Waves ... .com/support/register-new-products machen.
Dort findet man dann ziemlich am Ende der Seite ein Button "Register Serial Number". Dort habe Ich die Lizenz eingegebenen und anschließend waren meine neuen Plugins freigeschaltet.
Diese Info mit dem Link habe ich vermisst und könnte man beim Kauf hinzufügen.
Abgesehen davon gebe ich natürlich 5 Sterne.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf bei KMR. Der Versand erfolgte schnell und die Ware war gut verpackt. Der Preis war fair und die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass der Versand nicht mit DHL Berlin erfolgte, sodass das Paket auch tatsächlich beim Empfänger angekommen ist. 😉
