I made a purhase at your web site for the first time and it was fast and easy procedure! It's great that you have a person, not an AI response robot. Your site has the best procedure if someone would like to buy with their company. The experience was smooth and logical. Very clear and easy. And also I was all the time updated at what stage is my package is and where it is.
Will shop on your site again.
The only down side is that some product are cheaper on other web sites (Thomann, AudioPro) but others are cheaper on yours. If you could match their prices, you would sold everything because proces buying through your site was so easy and smooth. Well done!

Your feedback is much appreciated. Regarding the pricing, as a small family run business it is incredibly difficult to price match some of the larger shops consistently without failure. Also because there are instances where those big stores are advertising at a loss.
