Absolute nightmare to deal with. Ordered a HM6010 1st Feb 2026, paid then said it was on back order. Phoned twice to find out when it was coming and got no info. E mailed twice for a refund and phoned 4 times for a refund. Tried to call to day and no one ever answers the phone. Then i had a Scottish lady ring me back saying she had a missed call from me, i asked her if she was from KMS Railtec and she said no. Sounded exactly like the lady i spoke to last time they actually answered the phone. Had to go through Paypal to get a refund.

Overall very poor service, won’t be using again.

The Lenz DCC product I ordered is not widely stocked or available. KMS Railtech accepted my order with the caution that not enough were in stock and a delivery would be required from Lenz and in due course delivered the product to my home.
Other suppliers would probably simply turned down my order as inconvenient. KMS Railtech went the extra mile to fulfil my request and deserve credit for their persistence.

3 orders totall £100 all turned out no stock and keep me waiting. Slow email reply. Promised to refund but just change the status in order page as "Refund Request" but no real refund is made. It stopped replying after tracing a few emails. It is a very suspicious company and you have to be very careful. I am going to file a police report if I cannot get back my refund finally.

Turned up too late to be usefull

Sold me incorrect track at model rail show. Left numerous messages and sent emails with no response apart from we will telephone you to resolve -no call from them. the worst customer service I have ever experienced- How are you still in business when you treat customers with utter contempt? Your customer service is a joke.

The purchase did take a bit longer than anticipated due to issues at the manufacturer but I kept in touch with Annie and her colleagues and eventually we got there and communication was always easy

They take your order and money with no email order confirmation or most importantly supply the paid for goods. I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks.

Excellent Service

Bought four packs of the HAA's so far and they're superb models. Excellent value at £30 a model.

Do not use avoid say they have stock of a part then when you've payed and they have your money the part is suddenly on back order and no due date. Can't get in touch don't reply to emails . No refund. Useless

Only dealt with the shop online but they could not have been more helpful. I had a slight problem but this was resolved over the phone with a positive outcome. I was kept updated with regard to the order delivery.
