I'm very happy with the quality of the fabrics and the price of the cotton threads. delivery was extremely slow though but after I'd emailed a couple of times the package was delivered soon after.
Excellent online store for all of your fabric needs. The fabrics are amazing, the designs are beautiful and the prices are really affordable. Great service and delivery time.

nice quality materials

Would suggest you put a picture of purchase in the recommendation request for those of us who purchase from more than one shop and are not sure which fabric you are asking about!

Unreliable
This is the second time that I have placed an order and paid for it only to find that it is still showing as “unfulfilled” on the app. I have again had to request a refund. I have bought previously from them and had no such issues and found the fabric to be of good quality. I am extremely disappointed as I would liked to have remained as a customer but I now think this very unlikely.

The fabric was a very good price and a good quality.
It took a while to arrive, but when I contacted them it arrived very quickly. It was well packed. I will definitely shop again.

There was a delay in delivery...BUT
There was a delay in delivery, but as soon as I made an enquiry the company did everything to put things right. Another good experience with this business.

Disappointed big time
Ordered 24th April, waited until 12th May to let me know only 1/2 the order was available. Did. Want the 1/2 available or cancel the order and get a refund.
A refund obviously, but why wait 18 days to let me know? Not appreciated at all.

Order not delivered and cancelled with no explanation.
I had to chase up my order and then it was cancelled with no explanation. When I look on my account it says the order was fulfilled! Very disappointing. I just wanted my fabric. 🤷♀️
