My order n 2605009596 was passed on the…
My order n 2605009596 was passed on the 29/05/26. It was supposed to be sent to me in 3 working days. Not only I did not receive it but it was not even sent. To this day, I have not received a message to say that it was sent. Isent them an e-mail last Friday to enquire about it, and they just answered me that they are "working on it". No apologies and not even an explanation. When I paid for a delivery in 3 working days. They took my money and then didn't even bother to give an explanation. This is just a lack of respect for customers.
On top of that, I have ordered a few times products that were out of stock and that they were supposed to send me when they become available again. The products now disappeared from the catalogue. For a few they apologized about it and they said that they would refund them but they never did. For others (a large part), they just disappeared with no message or explanation. I sent them an e-mail to signal it and enquire about it. But they did not even answer. These products were paid for and will never be delivered to me not refunded. This is stealing ...

As some messages may have been filtered by your email provider, we kindly ask you to check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk Mail folders. It is possible that our responses were delivered there.
Regarding products that were discontinued or became unavailable, our standard procedure in such cases is to inform customers and refund any payments received, which was also done in your case.

First order up to 100 euros
First order up to 100 euros, i choosed 2 knives: a push dagger and a classic dagger. They sent the right push dagger but the other dagger was not sent to me and instead they sent me a neck knife lookin like a needle! After contacting them, they told me to choose another knife and send them the code, and after a lot of emails they told me to fill a document and that they wont give me another knife, just a refund ONLY AFTER the courrier will bring them back the neck knife. This is one of the worst scam i had been involved, they literally took my money and sent me an item that i never asked for and they did literally nothing to repair their mistake!!!!! AVOID THESE SCAM SITE!!!!

Bonjour
Le site propose beaucoup de couteaux et à des prix très avantageux. Les couteaux reçus correspondent bien aux commandes et aux descriptions. Il m'est arrivé de commander et payer un couteau qui s'est avéré, le jour suivant, ne plus être en stock, le site m'a aussitôt remboursé et recrédité la somme sur mon compte. C'est honnête, rapide et cela donne confiance. Je recommande bien entendu ce site de part mon expérience.
Si je devais chipoter, je dirais que la livraison est un peu longue mais bon,ce n'est pas en soi un problème. Juste de l'impatience.
